Our home is 40 years old and we are no longer able to paint it ourselves. We read the reviews for Epic painting and were impressed. We called them, the owner came out, gave us a very reasonable estimate and we signed on. Best decision we ever made. They were friendly, courteous and very efficient! they went over and above all our expectations and even painted our bird feeder for us. Our house now looks like it did 40 years ago and our family can't beliweve how great it looks. Thank you Epic!

I've used this company twice now. The first time was ok requiring alot of back and forth before finally reaching something that could be almost presented as a gift (still not great).

The second time was an experience no good company should ever provide. I provided images and described where they should be to accomplish my image. The amount of basic errors could lead one to believe this is nothing more than an AI generated image. I specifically identified the location of where to place the images and half of them weren't even included.

The lack of communication from the company was another frustrating aspect. Whether it was waiting more than a week for the artist to generate the first image or waiting for more than TWO WEEKS for anybody to respond to my follow up emails, this approach to customers is unacceptable.

After finally receiving a response, I tried to send one single image with all of the combining work already done (I just needed it cleaned up and produced). The new draft I got to preview had the same old images that were all wrong.

After a period of more than two months, I had nothing even close to a present and my gift for my mother's 70th birthday was ruined.

I don't usually write negative reviews, but thought it necessary to make sure people are aware of the $50 processing fee to even attempt to get a refund.

This feels likes a scam.

Honestly, I was very frustrated. I ordered the picture as a Christmas gift, and after weeks of no communication, I wrote a strongly worded email. Then the customer service was excellent! I received the picture and was sorely disappointed. Not only did it come almost two months too late, but it was horrible! It was $300 worth of bad photoshop. So again I contacted the customer service team. And they were amazing! I talked to a lady named May and she helped me get the perfect picture laid out. In just a short 2 weeks, I received a picture that was exactly what I had envisioned! It was perfect and I was thrilled! So was my wife. The picture is now the center piece on our photo wall. Thank you for all the work and taking the time to create the perfect piece!

The worst experience I have had with a company. They didn’t use my description of what I had asked for when I first made the purchase. Their promotion emails say they offer a 100% refund guarantee if customer satisfaction isn’t met, but when I asked for a refund they couldn’t give me 100% of it back. Absolutely ridiculous. Epic paint, do better and realize you have made countless PAYING CUSTOMERS upset! Do not purchase anything from this company. I have reached out countless times about a refund and what I had asked for from the beginning, and they have now chosen to ignore me.

Epic paint works really hard to make sure the customer is satisfied. Communication is awesome and they’re so understanding with any edits that you want made. My mother is one of 12. Both parents and 4 siblings have passed before we realized there wasn’t a single photo with the entire family. Epic paint made that happen. The portrait was given as a Christmas gift to her after the most recent sibling’s passing. My mother was beaming when she opened it and has hung it in the living room “where she can see everyone”. I was also able to include a digital version of the portrait which I sent to the rest of the family. Thank you so much for such a memorable gift!!

I had some changes that needed to be made after receiving the photo that I could not see in the preview. They got it fixed and sent back quickly.

The portrait turned out amazing! My mother cried! She never had a picture with her mother and her kids! It was beautiful.

This was a huge hit for our family! The rendering was great, and I was able to make the edits needed. I had a hard time with the updates from shop, they didn’t show any movement on the project, so I was worried it wouldn’t arrive on time for Christmas. But the customer service team was awesome, and were able to get me a tracking number. The package arrived right on schedule!

Missing one star, because was a little disappointed that the painting was actually a print, and not the actual painting with the brushstrokes. It was beautiful, and we love it, I was just expecting something a bit different.

At first I was sceptical but that soon changed. I couldn’t be happier with the work that was done to complete this great gift for my husband of his late dad and the grandchildren he never met. There was a couple bumps along the way but customer service was great to deal with and order arrived on time for

I purchased a painting from this company, they sent me my “mockup”, it looked so bad I could have made it on my IPhone. I’ve had them fix it twice now and still looks horrendous. I’ve had so many people scoff at how bad it looks. I’ve asked for a refund and they are charging me some $50 “processing fee” because I didn’t cancel within their policy limits - which is 3 HOURS! I didn’t even get my first mockup within 3 hours! Cheap company. And, their policy doesn’t even mention anything about a $50 processing fee. Don’t waste your time or hard earned money.

Absolutely horrendous .. I would never ever use this company. The first painting didn’t look anything like my mother in law and now the revision they made my aunts head look bigger than her body like she was deformed. Mind you this was supposed to be with a different paint than the first one . I have sent multiple pictures for them to pick from and still can’t do it correctly. When I said just sent me my money back they said they charge a $50 processing fee which is not right considering they couldn’t do the job . But I guess they have to make money somehow since they know they cannot do the job correctly… please don’t use this company.

I recently ordered from here. I changed my mind about one of the pictures I wanted to use before they did the draft. They made the adjustments without any issues. (It took about a week before they responded to me about changing my picture and I started getting nervous that it was a scam.) I just got it today. I am blown away. They did amazing. It only took about 2 weeks for the entire process, which I thought was Impressive considering it's their busiest season. I am really really impressed. Absolutely beautifully done.

Ordered a canvas online. Input everything I wanted as it was custom and added notes etc.

Paid for everything I needed to be then emailed a further invoice to combine the images. None of which was mentioned in the ordering process.

I asked for a refund at this point, I should point out they have a 3 hour cancellation policy. Which in itself is ridiculous, after which a fee of £40 is taken if you wish to refund. Conveniently my 2nd invoice advising me of additional charges came not long after the 3 hour window, in the middle of the night.

During my attempts to receive a refund, I was sent my preview image for what I ordered. This only made things worse, the canvas was for my wife, our child never met her father and I'd done a canvas of them both together. It looked horrible, nothing like the images shown on their website. None of my notes had been used and frankly the quality was that of a 10 year old using photo shop for the 1st time.

Nothing professional about the image, even though there are unlimited re-dos. I don't see how they could make it much better if that was what they thought would be a good idea to show me.

Really poor service overall and just screams SCAM.

The mock up they gave me looked like insane cartoon. I asked to have it edited twice and both came back horrible and no charges really. It’s ai generated and it’s horrible. I requested a refund and they charged me $50. Horrible company. Go to paintyourlife for better results.

The portraits I ordered mean so much to me and EpicPaint did a great job!! Delivered exactly what I wanted.
