Subscription order was not delivered no response to emails
I’ve been subscribed to epic provisions for about a year and everything was fine until a $172 order that they told me was delivered never arrived. I have sent two emails to the only contact information I can find for these people, which is not easy as there is no contact info on their website, and there has been absolutely no response. I will now dispute the charge with my bank and I will probably cancel my subscription. The bars are good, but I will have to keep buying them at the supermarket instead of subscribing if this is the way they respond to customer problems.
