I was a bit skeptical at first because there were non online reviews on trustpilot, but I decided to order a box of Moonstone characters anyway. I’m happy to say the company shipped everything very quickly, and the products arrived perfectly.
The only negative experience was the import taxes and handling fees for Denmark. During checkout it looked like taxes were included, but the company does not handle Danish import VAT in advance. Because of that, I had to pay an extra customs handling fee of around 22 Euros plus VAT when the package arrived.
Considering the order itself was around 90 Euros, it was pretty frustrating to suddenly pay a large extra amount on top. I really hope the company will look into handling Danish taxes in advance in the future, because the extra fees from the shipping process in Denmark are honestly quite painful for customers.
If they had informed me about this in advance or handled the Danish taxes beforehand, they would definitely have received 5 stars with no problem. But because of the lack of information and the unexpected extra charges, I can’t give them more than 3 stars. (but overall it's not a scam site even though there's no trust pilot reviews)
