She answered all my queries in a very polite and patient way.
I am very pleased that she answered my call.

Sold my holding of Endava recently

Only had 63 units

Had to go thru a dealer as this is how antiquated their platform is!

When questioning their customer service they could not give me a specific issue as to why it occurred

My only problem was his diction as my hearing is poor but he was helpful and completed my transaction

I telephoned for guidance on the process to transfer CSN shares into an ISA account. The agent Manish talked me through what I needed to know with patience and courtesy. All my questions were answered and he provided additional information which has enabled me to decide my way forward.

The IVR introduction is awful. I had to repeat my account number 4 times!
When I got through Ramsiya carried out my request quickly and easily. Well done..

Friendly welcome. Understood my request quickly and explained a much quicker way to achieve what I wanted. Which my previous two calls had failed to advise. Took time to make sure I understood the process and confirmed my summary of the conversation as being correct. Advised me to ring back in one week to check process was proceeding.

Helpful expert advice pleasantly and speedily delivered by Herschelle to a question that FAQs etc couldn't answer

Shares and ISAs are not something I regularly deal in so when I wanted assistance I was aware that I might not be using the correct terminology or even have all of the required details and so was somewhat nervous. The lady I spoke to (Ramsiya ) was patient and extremely helpful and walked me through the whole process. Ramsiya is amazing and, although I am sure other personnel at EQi are also capable in this regard, I hope I am lucky enough to speak to Ramsiya the next time I require assistance.

Handling funds for company share schemes and take the time to explain how to handle these on maturity . Ideal for those who only take out shares as part of their work schemes and have little experience of working with the stock market.

However, I cant give a full recommendation as the companies "flexible" ISA encourages individuals to invest more than the given UK allowance of 20K through an ISA (albeit within the 90 day maturity window).
