My delivery of 12 chairs came yesterday. Sadly 9 of them are not acceptable due to legs being out of alignment and one chair seat being scratched. I have sent two emails and asked for a call but no one has called me. So I am pretty unhappy right now

Very efficient delivery but one item was damaged. This was quickly replaced thanks to the excellent after sales service. I would recommend this company.

When I went to use the tarpaulin and pulled rope through the eyelets they immediately tore through the tarp like a knife through butter
