This company is horrible. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM. They overcharged me incorrectly multiple times and took weeks to respond to my messages and even refused to answer my phone calls. They are scammers and absolutely not to be trusted. They refused to fund me for the full amounts that I was incorrectly charged and refused to give me my deposit even though there were no issues with the room. This company should be shut down for malpractice.

Muy mal estado de los pisos. Mala limpieza, mala atención. La casa tiene mucho polvo y fui de urgencias por una infección pulmonar. No renten en Erasmus Flat... cualquier otro lugar es mejor, cualquier optra empresa es mejor. Te vas a enfermar si vives más de 1 mes aqui

Erasmus Flat es la peor experiencia que jamás he tenido. Al principio son muy diligentes vendiéndote la habitación, pero después es un completo martirio por los siguientes motivos:

1. el mobiliario es decadente, no tienes escritorio sino una mesa plástica que se mueve constantemente, no tienes una silla de escritorio sino una silla plástica no apta para trabajo o estudio, una cama sucia (porque la recibí sucia cuando llegué) y baños en mal estado.

2. No funciona el internet. Pedí durante más de un mes que reparan el internet, y no funcionaba, simplemente no podía estudiar, no podía descargar un simple documento, ni siquiera era posible entrar a Google! No les importó, hicieron oídos sordos pese a que durante más de un mes me vi perjudicado por algo que estaba incluído en mi pago mensual.

3. Justo encima del piso hay un gimnasio, y esto NO lo advierten. Así que imagina lo divertido que es escuchar gente gritando, tirando pesas al suelo, sentir que el techo tiembla y que cada vez cae polvo y tierra sobre tu cabeza. ¿Por qué no advierten sobre estas cosas? Es más, ¿qué hace un gimnasio sobre una vivienda?

4. Si hay robos no hacen nada. Llegaron a robarme comida, y llegaron a robar dinero y objetos valiosos a otros compañeros del piso. Aunque se sabía quién era Erasmus Flat nunca hizo nada.

5. Cuando me iba a ir antes de la fecha de finalización del contrato ellos tan campantes me decían que "teníamos un contrato y que se tenía que cumplir".

6. La limpieza de las zonas comunes es horrible, los baños quedan sucios, nunca reparan los baños en mal estado y para colmo, el servicio de "limpieza" deja la basura sucia en la puerta de la casa.

Pues... en su promesa de venta me prometieron una habitación tranquila y bien ubicada, me prometieron un internet al menos funcional, y nada de eso lo recibí.

Era tanto el polvo, tanto el mugre, tantos los ácaros, tanto el mal estado de todo que mi garganta solo mejoraba cuando me iba del piso.

Erasmus Flat, la mejor parte fue haberme ido :)

WORST experience.
Way to expensive for awful rooms. The people are really unfriendly and you have to fight for your deposit which was returned to me past the 60 days and only because I threatened them to take legal actions. Most of the time, they ignore you.
Also, some people in the flat payed 250€ service fees and some did not. I did, so I'm really angry about that because either everyone pays them or none.
We were supposed to be 8 people in the flat but the company wanted to make more money and made a new room out of the broom closet. So we were 9 people in a flat in a kitchen that only fits 5 people (there are no more chairs and no space) Additionally, the fuse box was in that room. Whenever the power went down in the kitchen (which happens a lot because when all the people try to cook at once the power always went down) we had to go to the room to switch it back on. So when the roommate was out, we could not access it and no one was able to cook or eat for that matter. The company did not care at all about that.
At some point, we had cockroaches as well and the people did not care at all. They wanted to send someone and asked if someone was home but we were all out because most people worked or were in the university. Instead of sending someone of the company, they just did not send anyone to handle the problem.
Even though the contract stated they have to tell me when people are visiting my room, they sometimes did not. I found out because I stayed home once and they just opened the door to show the room. They apologized for that, but still they broke the contract and it made me think how often they sent someone to show my room without my consent.

DO NOT RENT A ROOM THERE! Everyone in my flat came to regret it.

At the beginning the offer from erasmus flat seems pretty good.. but as soon as you move in the horror starts! NO, let me correct me, even before! I was supposed to get my key at their office on a sunday after 1pm but when i was there no one was there! I've kept calling them but no one responded.. In the end I've waited 2 hours in front of the office until a really really unfriendly lady showed up and asked me really rude what 's my problem because obviously i was really upset since I didnt know if they will ever show up or not.. When she found out that it was really her mistake she didnt even apologize.. Since I moved in I just have problems. The flat is next to old neighbours.. so after 10pm no noises! Am I in in a retirement home? Furthermore we had several problems with our doors and everything is really clairaudient. But what beats everything is that our washingmachine doesn't work since almost two months! they keep ignoring our concerns... So if you wanna have a nice erasmus don't book through erasmus flat, you will regret it!

Stay away from this company at all costs. Not only are their apartments awful and unlawful but when you have to leave they keep your deposit and continue to deduct your credit card every month! Illegal and dangerous!!!! Be warned

¡Experiencia para olvidar! Lamentable en el trato, limpieza de las habitaciones y calidad del inmobiliario. No son eficientes ni gestionando plaga de insectos (chinches, ácaros...) ¡Ojo con la elección de la habitación!

Shady company, they keep deposits for mysterious reasins. Always trying to kick you out and tell lies about reasons to keep deposits. They even send people into houses in the nights to see if they can catch you partying. And reparations take ages. Don’t rent at these people when you want an erasmus without stress because of this intimidating rental agency
