Regarding my recent renewal of subscription. 26th September 2025
I mistakenly requested and paid for Five devices,
(instead of three devices) for the next twelve months. I subsequently requested a credit for the difference through the eset portal, or a possible extension of the subscription. Ive had no response to date?

I did have a problem in the beginning but it was all sorted out and the transition from when I paid, to the date it fell due went smoothly this time. I always feel confident knowing I have ESET watching over my computer, phone and tablet. Thank you ESET.

I got ripped off
I got ripped off. Was told my phone needed to be covered and paid for another device. Then found out I've got 5 devices in my original package. Been with ESET for years. Not a happy bunny.
