I bought the tickets, and everything was fine. The return flight was canceled about 24 hours before departure due to a strike at Lufthansa. I was with several other people who had bought their tickets elsewhere, and they were notified of the flight cancellation. Esky didn’t inform me. I waited a few hours, nothing happened, so I wrote to support, where an AI agent sent me mostly nonsense, then transferred me to a live operator who, in my opinion, wasn’t actually live and was perhaps an even worse AI agent than the one before. Otherwise, I can’t explain her answers... Fortunately, I managed to easily arrange a new flight through Lufthansa, where everything went quickly and smoothly.
And then, a few hours later, Eskypo messaged me saying they’d found out I already had a new ticket... If I had waited for them, I might not have been able to catch a direct flight just two hours later, because the rest of the group wasn’t so lucky—they were supposed to fly many hours later and with an inconvenient layover.
So the purchase was fine, but when there’s a problem, the solution is a disaster. I won’t be using you again; this was my first and last purchase.

Useless site. You just pay and get nothing. You also loose some chances to do extra things, as seat selection. You pay extra for on line check in. It’s very easy to make some mistakes on the app, because they don’t show you the resume of your order, so you can’t check the details of your reservation and the final prices after you applied all the extra services. If you make a mistake, they will not move a finger to fix it to you. You will have to pay extra to fix the issues. I don’t recomand it!

The order went through without any confirmation from my side and without the usual 3D secure prompt. Not to mention, when I contacted support (which was super hard to find the phone number for - I spent 15 minutes just to get to a Polish number!), they are just sending me in a loop and have not offered any compensation at any point.
Looking back, they also charged extra money without mentioning it anywhere. Absolutely abhorrent.

Při zadávání platby v naší bance došlo k chybě u nás, vznikla rezervace, která již nebyla použitelná, na telefonu esky.cz byla operátorka, která ihned byla schopna situaci vyřešit, a tak jsme se nemuseli obávat duplicity objednávky. Perfektní. Bylo by přínosné, kdyby byla tel. Linka zveřejněna také v kontaktech esky.cz .

Jednoduché a rychlé rezervování letenek. Líbí se mně interiér letadla a pohodlnost cestování přímou linkou.
V minulém roce při návratu z New Yorku, se mi ztratil nebo byl odcizen kufr, ale společnost Delta mně poskytla kompenzaci. Sice nenahradilo dárky které jsem vezl pro děti a vnuky, ale alespoň se čestně vyrovnali.

Vše bylo tak jak má, rychlé a přehledné

I booked four tickets through eSky, but the tickets were more expensive than from a direct airline and we lost the option of having more luggage included. I wanted to book them directly, but somehow found myself on eSky's website. I would have expected the same service and a slightly higher price though, unfortunately the price for that service was 10% higher. On top of that, it was worse - the option to have only two bags, with no other options such as choosing your seat on the plane.

User-friendly website and we have found what we needed.
