Negative experience with suspended service and missing refunds
I used this company’s services for three months after paying $2,000 for onboarding. Initially, the service worked correctly, but later the payment processor they provided stopped working due to the company’s internal issues.
From that point on, I only received promises of service reactivation that were never kept. The company failed to restore the paid service and withheld approximately $8,000 worth of orders without providing valid explanations or alternative solutions.
Despite my attempts to resolve the situation through direct communications, the company did not follow through on their commitments. I had to involve the relevant authorities to protect my rights as a customer.
The lack of transparency and inadequacy in handling technical problems severely compromised my professional experience. I do not recommend this company based on my direct experience.
