I fell for the free trial
I fell for the free trial, just pay postage scam the same as many other people on this site. Also found they had taken 2 payments of over $125.00 from my bank. I contacted customer service and got nowhere. An acknowledgement of my email, nothing else. Ended up cancelling my credit card and my bank issuing me a new one. I still have not had any money back.

Haven’t really seen any results. Also not happy that all of the sudden, l got charged not once but twice for your product and what seemed like before the the 30day trial….l got charged $114 then 59… what is that about? And without clear warning on pricing. I expect to get a refund and/ or cancel the subscription

I fell for this free trial use for 14 days well I did not even receive this product until after 14 days and it was by chance I got it they did not even have an address on the box just my name and city I just happened to go into the post office to mail a parcel and they asked me if this was mine by the time I got the free trial they had already debited my bank account for over 160.00 cdn dollars I tried to contact them and they said I did not exist that my credit card was actually under a complete strangers name they said they could not cancel someone elses order then my bank sends me a fraud alert saying that less than 2 weeks later this company has tried to take out 159. usd they asked if I authorized this I said absolutely not so they declined the payment then I tried to contact them again and once again I was charged 101. usd with in 2 weeks no more products were ever sent still no response to address the theft on my card from one of their customers now my card has had to be changed and I have had to contact all my bill payments etc., really bad customer service bank is doing investigation on them with my card being used by one of their customers be very careful
