The stuff does not work. Sneaky company
The stuff does not work. I ordered the 14 day trial. Cancelled a day before the trial ended so I could send it back because all it did was dry my skin out. I used their link on their website to cancel and it didn't work. Saw $140 something was taken out of my account the next day. Called them and they said I didn't cancel. I told them I used the link on your website and they said I needed to call to cancel. So I asked why is there a link on your website if you can't use it . Anyways, now I'm stuck with this stuff that doesn't work and I'm out 140 something dollars. Be careful. Very sneaky and dishonest company.

I was very disappointed in the product
I was very disappointed in the product. Smell like cooking oil. And I was put on hold for so long with customer service, I had lost my mind. Feeling offended and like I was being taken advantage of. I started cursing, took me out my character. Not for me! 😮💨😡😡

Save your money it's a scam and worst customer service
Save your money it's a scam. The free trial is bogus you get charged for the full price and there is no recourse. I order last Dec 13, argan oil bundle and they shipped together with a 14 day trial Argan Infused Hyaluronic Acid Serum. I received the package the 20th. Then, I was charged for the trial the 25th of Dec. I phoned in the 28th to ask why and was told it’s considered sold. I best explained I haven’t tried nor use the product and that I can return and want my money back. Their customer service rep is very rude and will not even listen. She just said when you ordered that’s the start of your trial period. Seriously? This people/company just wants our money and they don’t really care about your experience nor situation. They are professional scammers!

WORST FREE TRIAL EVER
I applied for their 14 day free trial, and was asked to cancel and send back items within the trial period. However cancelation of subscription could have been made but I couldn't send back an item I didn't receive until the 14th day, can I? So to improve the experience please stipulate how long postage will take for all countries to provide customers with an opportunity to decide whether purchase of product is worth paying full price for without the option of cancelation, instead of just paying for postage. And instead of dismissing customer queries when we voice our concerns, talk about what can be done to rectify any issues or concerns a customer may have. The free trial period costs and dates are misleading and ignoring customer concerns is unethical business practice. Which makes poor customer service therefore bad for business.

All around worst company
All around worst company - offered a free trial with separate email of Terms and Conditions sent after confirmation. Never received that T & C email. Spoke with 2 customer service reps who went beyond unhelpful and straight to rude when communicating. They both fell back to this elusive Terms and Conditions doc that was never actually sent and both said there's a 14-day window to cancel. Otherwise the charge occurs and they can't do anything about it. The communications were hours apart but touched on the same points in a way that suggested heavy rehearsal for consistent use.
The free trial turned into a 115.99 charge to my account. I took a stroll around their website to see if anything was outlined there and the website indicates it's a 16-day window and then the charge thereafter is 99.99.
Product quality is below drug store bargain bin and based on the scent, I'm guessing the argan face oil is just rebottled canola.
Unethical business practices with no actual customer support and a trash product.

100% Scam on 14 day trial, hit my credit card on the 13th day.
I did the 14-day free trial. Per the terms; "call anytime in the 14 day to not be charged and stop the subscription" I called on the 14th day. It turns out that on the 13th day my credit card had already been charged and Customer Service refuses to refund me. This is ABSOLUTELY a fraudulent company, I wish I had researched better up front. I see from the other complaints that the company will offer as a response, their customer service phone numbers. I spoke to their customer service, via chat and three phone calls. There is no resolution from customer service.
