I’ve worked for Essex Interpreting since 2000. Over 23 years of my loyalty and commitment to the same company I can only reflect the professionalism, empathy and understanding this company is offering to a wide field i. e. health sector, police, social services and others.
Unfortunately during Covid, due to lack of F2F interpreting assignments, I had to join a couple of other interpreting companies.
There is no comparison to Essex Interpreting, in respect of communication, understanding, level of leadership, including evaluation of individual tasks or assignments.
I cannot recommend this company more than 100%.

I have worked for Essex Interpreting for twenty years now and they are by far the best agency to work for. I have had a variety of interesting jobs and feel valued and appreciated. It's great to be able to speak directly to Essex Interpreting straight away when I have any queries. This is virtually unheard of in the interpreting world or any company nowadays. They have also bothered to get to know me on a personal basis rather than treat me as a cog in a machine. Again, this is very rare nowadays. They pay on time and everything is just quite straight forward. This is achieved due to the company being small and personal and not having a regular turn over of staff.
