We are absolutely delighted with our front porch and have had lots of compliments. The weather during the time of construction was terrible, nothing but torrential rain. ESS guys were amazing and very professional from start to finish. Everyone on the team we dealt with was absolutely great, nothing was too much trouble. Thankyou so much ESS. Will definitely use again.

I was not looking forward to having 7 windows replaced but I can truly say that the whole experience was entirely positive. From the original discussion and estimate when there was absolutely no sales pressure, followed by a survey and then the installation by two excellent installers - everything worked well. I also had reassurance regarding dates etc from Stuart ,one of the partners, who phoned to ensure that I was happy with the work. I would highly recommend this company

Jamie and mike appeared in torrential rain to make a start on our cladding and guttering they battled on despite the horrible weather conditions and did an excellent job on both the cladding facias and guttering they did an excellent job and we highly recommend this company will use them again for any other work

Great workmanship and a joy to have your men working on our home. They were very professional at all times and they took great care to ensure no damage or mess was left in our garden. We've just had 6 windows and front composite door and back door installed by ESS and absolutely over the moon with them. Good, old fashioned customer service, a very friendly team and competitive prices when we compared to other local companies. Will definitely be using again when we get round to a porch replacement planned for later in the year. Highly recommend

Superb customer service from initial enquiry through to fitting of the windows, which were completed this week.
Pete the Surveyor explained everything in an easy to understand manner and we were kept fully informed throughout the process.
Warren & Shane were friendly, experienced and helpful fitters, with nothing being too much trouble for them.
Happy to recommend ESS as a great company to deal with.

From the initial viewing and measuring to the installation and ESS made this a trouble free experience and at a great price. Couple of snagging issues sorted after fitting and all was good. The windows look great, keeping the warmth in and draughts out, unlike the old ones.

We had a really good experience with Ess Home Improvements. The surveyor that came to see us was very knowledgeable and didn’t give us any sales waffle. The quotation given was competitive and we were really happy with the ideas he gave us. When it comes to the installation, the fitters were fantastic, their attention to detail was top notch and the finished job looks amazing. Honestly i cant rate these guys high enough and would recommend them to everyone.

From start to finish, this Team worked together to deliver on time, polite, good humoured, professional, asked what I wanted & delivered that too, very please with my new French Doors, which replaced a window. The doors bring in a great amount of light to my sitting room & access to my garden!
