E tag is a scam
I was sent an email to renew my registration for my 2023 Honda HRV the only car I own and register without noticing they sent me a car that I once owned eight years ago. A few few days following, I got a charge from my de debit account for $738. I immediately called them email them with no response. I finally got a hold of somebody the following week and they told me to prove that the car was not mine a car that I leased eight years ago and returned to a dealership and got a new lease with a new plate to this point a couple weeks later I still haven’t not resolved. This still have not got my money back. I’ve called the bank. I’ve called motor vehicles this car that they charge me $738 is not on my motor vehicle report where they said they got that information from motor vehicles, which is an outright lie they are a scam. Please do not deal with E tag by all means stay away from them. They are a bunch of scumbags just looking to rip people off.

It was easy to apply for and receive my new plate. I’m just sorry they must change the number as I have it embedded in my memory. If you are fearful the plate deteriorates after 10 years, why not just send a new plate with the same Numbers?
