This is a terrible company! Total scam. After saying they canceled my subscription service, they continue to take money from my account. They will not respond to ANY customer support emails. I am having to dispute the charges with my bank and block them. I wish I had read all of the bad reviews before deciding to do business with this sham of a business.

Terrible. After cancelling and receiving an email cancellation 3 months ago, they continue to take money from account. They also refuse to respond to my emails. I had to go through my bank and block them. Thankfully, I kept all my emails as proof. My bank said its becoming a common online business practice to get as many people to subscribe and then never stop the payments, even when they said they will. Kind of like a scam.

Do not sign up with this business. They have crap customer service and business practice. Save yourself the trouble and find a better business. Do not give them your money.

I signed up with you guys a year or so ago I paid $16.95 a month ,when I decided i could not get into my app i couldnt get into anything but the FREE BLOGS ...... i unsubscribed......i wrote a email saying i unsubscribed....a respond came back saying how they hated to lose me and so forth........6 months later my card which i usually stay locked only i know know when to unlock it ........i have over 30 rejects from you guys trying to remove money from my card.......Emailed you guys again there were apologys....dont know what happened they say.....well my fault the other night i paid a bill and forgot to lock my card up and GUESS WHAT $16.95 was removed from you guys again !!! So this time im gonna go ahead a use the mess out of your app for 30 days ....... my card is removed ..... thats VERY SAD I HADE TO DO THAT, HOWEVER MY LESSON HAS BEEN LEARNED!!!!!

I placed an order the day after Thanksgiving, then I recieved an email on December 3rd telling me they are behind in shipping because of overwhelming orders...I haven't heard from them since...I have been sending emails and messages to all of their platforms (as they don't have a phone number) trying to find out about my order... They aren't answering at all...I would not order from this company... they obviously don't care about their customers...I wish I would have come over here before I ordered.

I ordered a $20 candle and received the wrong candle that I didn't order. I emailed, messaged on ig and fb, and asked how I could receive the correct item/how to return to incorrect item. No response and now I Google and see all these poor reviews. Do not order from this company!

If I could give them no stars that would be better, they have no idea on how to run a business they are absolutely 💯 🤬🤬 🤬🤬🤬🤬 useless when I first subscribed to them I could login to my account but now I have to become a member, I've been emailing them for the last 3 months asking for my subscription to be cancelled but yet there still billing me
In October they dispatched my order then got it returned to them which I have proof of, i will never recommend this company at all
Shame on you

I had subscribed to their monthly box. 2 months went by, got charged twice & still nothing. Emailed them multiple times. After awhile, I requested a chargeback from my card & that’s when they decided to respond to my email. They finally shipped the monthly box & what I received was THE SAME EXACT ITEMS TWICE. It was completely stupid. I put a block on my card so they can’t charge me anymore. Never again.

Bad Karma on these Witches!! Total SCAM!! I ordered 2 hats from Ethereally Wicked on November 11, 2022. I sent an email 3 weeks later after seeing my order as "Unfulfilled " on their website and recieved a reply saying they can't find my order. The accepted payment the same day as my purchase, but can't seem to find it! Ive sent 5 emails since they asked me to give them all my information for the order, all have been ignored. I tried contacting them via Facebook and Instagram. Instead of replying, they've blocked me!! There is no way to cancel orders on their site.
ALSO, I found these SAME HATS on Amazon for $10!! Do NOT buy from these scammers. Hopefully my credit card company can get my money back!!

Complete SCAM! I purchased some thing at the end of October and I have sent several emails to ask when they were going to ship it and I have not gotten one response. I have left messages on their Instagram page, their Facebook page ect without any response. They continue to advertise sales, yet they cannot fulfill orders that they have taken. So I believe they are complete scam, and they do need to get shut down immediately.

Ordered in September, its December now, and My order still hasn't been sent. I've sent multiple emails, I've also requested refund. I get no responses. Scam company!

I think this must be a scam company.
Very bad customer service.
Will not respond to my emails requesting a refund .
Last corresponding they could not find my original. I sent them the original order and nothing.
It has been weeks.
They should be shut down.
Despicable business

Ordered two items in Sept 15. Received one item in about 3 weeks. I emailed that an item was missing they replied it was back ordered and would be sent in 2-3 weeks. The other still has not been received and they are not responding to my emails. I would like a refund as I Have no belief that my candles will ever be received.

Excellent quality and an excellent product! I would keep purchasing this item. It was amazing to see how carefully you had packaged my order to ensure that the item wouldn't break. I would tell my friends about this. I adore it. I'm grateful.

It took a little longer than what i expected to be delivered but the product has a good quality and about the packaging it was secure.

Absolutely beautiful & looks exactly like the photos. Everything is in great quality. Very accommodating seller. My only concern was the shipment took longer than expected but all in all, highly recommended!

I ordered my modern witches hat, & it arrived (Australia) in less than 2 weeks. Great quality, really happy with it. Ordering one for my sister-in-law when I saw all these reviews about it being a scam site. All I can say is 1st one received.... will review again when/if 2nd one turns up!
