The advice was great, service was friendly however, they took a long time to respond. Weeks. Unfortunately I ordered the part elsewhere.

The video Chris linked was very good in showing the cameras were not obstructed.

I glued shiny side up tinfoil to the back of the mirror to reflect the turn signal through the lens on the extended mirror so the turn signal is visible from the front of the vehicle.

I got what I ordered paid for shipping part was wrong wanted to return it and they wanted 4 times the amount to return their return policy is clearly designed to make sure you keep their product if I was to return my item with shipping cost I would not get any money back and they would just resell it they also have a restock fee that is quite large all I can say if you order through them make damn sure you have the right parts because of this policy I will never use them again!!!!!!

When I noticed a manufacturer defect in my removable receiver, which prevented me from using it, I notified Etrailer and they handled the issue with the manufacturer and had them send me a new receiver in short time. I highly recommend Etrailer!

In one video they showed me how to hook up the trailer hitch that I inherited from another vehicle, in another video they showed me that they actually make a wiring harness that makes it easy to hook up to a four pin trailer configuration.
