Would provide 0 stars but can only make review with 1 - so here it goes.
My daughter ordered 2 t-shirts which were lost/not delivered by UPS - since the shipment was lost on the 9th of Jan 26 I have tried to make them realize a claim with UPS in order to settle the tshirts or refund the 170 € she paid. But so far no refund and no tshirts.
Customerservice is stalling a settlement and will not provide the claim number with UPS.
So if you order - let´s hope your parcel will not be lost, because they are not reimbursing her 170 € - did I say my daughter is under 18 and has worked hard for the money to buy the tshirts.
I have written them once a week without any settlement so far.
REALLY poor business approach and no respect for their young customers !!!
