Took my money, then didn't ship chair
I paid for an x2 pro on Sunday 2nd November, then they told me it was out of stock. They told me it would ship to me on 8th December when back in stock and I was a priority. When I contacted them on the 9th and explained I was expecting an email confirmation of shipping, they said it will be shipped on 10th December and I will receive shipping confirmation by email. Again, I received nothing. Very disappointed with the service. Now I just want my money back. Joke company, this is not how you should treat customers. If it contract changes, you should be letting me know
