I purchased tire pressure sensors from them for my BMW, and I specifically asked if they were the correct parts and if there would be any issues, as it would be difficult to return them once installed. Each time they need to be removed and replaced, I have to pay labor costs. They assured me there would be no problem. However, after installation, the sensors aren’t transmitting any readings. The technician tried everything to activate them, but they are completely non-functional.

Now, Euro Car Parts in Wembley is asking me to buy a new set, fit them on the car, and return the faulty ones. Only then will they send the old sensors to the manufacturer for inspection. I also have to fill out a form myself, and they will decide whether the issue is their fault. This isn’t the first time they’ve sold me a faulty part, but I’ve had enough. I’m forced to pay at least double for the same sensors that didn’t work the first time. Please find another supplier — this company’s attitude and service are unacceptable.

Have two different orders and neither were received.
No tracking given or emails to notify of items about to be dispatched. Can't get through to their customer service team by email, phone or their help desk. Highly advise to ADVOID or risk losing your money.

Worst customer service in UK!!! Avoid at all costs. Could not even honour a £7 voucher it had given me which had just expired following a complaint

Rude salesman !!!! 5.10.2024 Hemel Hempstead branch. I am not sure who was that guy I never seen him before but experience we had was appalling , usually there is lovely lady but this guy !!! No words ,if I'll see him there I'll just go somewhere else.

What an experience every time I’m in the shop at Saracen street . Young lady wearing glasses. She couldn’t go any slower . Honestly! She’s in a total world of her own . Today she was extremely busy wiping her arms down. ? Only 2 people in the store including myself . Then she goes missing for 10 mins . Seriously though.

Today I tried to place an order with apps because there was an offer 15% discounts on apps. This app is inferior. when I tried to checkout it did not allow me to press pay and place an order. Chat system is very poor as well, once you go to another page to view any other info chat will be lost and you can not go to the previous chat. Chat with two humans and wasted an hour they are not there to help cutomer. They are more useless than their apps. Terrible.

Should get less than 1 star! I put my car reg into their website for a new car battery and when I take it to the garage to be installed it's the wrong size battery. I contacted their help center but was told it was outside the return period so jog on, but they failed to acknowledge or be accountable for their website errors leading me to buy the wrong battery in the first place. Don't trust them with your money, I'm £125 out of pocket even though the battery is still in the packaging and has never been used they won't take it back!

The worst place to order parts. I order parts for my car next day delivery,I pad extra money for it, cos I had booked a garage. Next day in the evening I received an amail saying that one of my itoms are out off stock and it will take 1-2 working days to deliver, but when I ordered their were in stock. I contacted castumer service guy couldn't help me with my order, I couldn't cancel I couldn't change delivery address us previously I gave my work place adress, from Friday we are close until Monday,and it's 30 miles away from my home, I ask him if I can collect my self, from nearest euro car parts, he said no, he said I need wait for delivery. Next week I have mot for my car. Never ever again

My order No 111-00021924415, i ordered and paid for delivery never arrived and they lie saying they attempted twice! I got ring camera at the door!! And they still lie. Very bad service

Failed to deliver a next day order, over a week later. Didn't even attempt to contact me until I raised a complaint.

went online to order an oil filter for a motorcycle. The website, whilst not giving the fitment number for the K & N filter did list it as suitable for my bike. Drove 20 miles only to find that the filter was the wrong one and would not fit. No apology or offer to source the right filter just told that a refund was mine if i wanted it!
Drove 20 miles home spitting feathers!

I ordered 2 Lemförder rear anti roll bar links through Halfords.
Little did I realise that Halfords outsource some of their online orders to this awful outfit.
The parts arrived today both in Lemförder boxes but with one part made by Febi, the other by Lemförder, both different shapes and sizes and colours for what is meant to be an identical part (and absolutely needs to be an identical part for them to function properly). Just to confirm Febi is a completely different company to Lemförder as well.
So I ordered from Halfords, got a Euro Car Parts delivery containing unusable items from the wrong company-rubbish. Terrible as I'd never consciously shop at Euro Car Parts and yet Halfords had the nerve to outsource my order to them.
When I look at this product on the Euro Car Parts web page, bizarrely they have a picture of the Febi part with the Lemförder heading on the advert. They are also twice as expensive as they are on Halfords' site and the sales reps say they can't possibly get close to the Halfords price- bunch of liars! Dire!

Dreadful and very unethical.
If you click and collect for a bulb its £2.79. If you just pop in as passing and don't know, they will charge more than three times this at £9.66!!!

What an awful company to take advantage of people!

Ordered a tow bar for my car on the Thursday the 7th of June. It said online it was out of stock but I could order it online for delivery to my home and pay for express delivery (3-5days) for an extra £5, so I did as I had a caravan site booked to take the kids away 2 weeks later and waited in expectation for my tow bar to arrive.

Fast forward to Thursday 13th (6 days later) and the order still said “processing” on the tracker so I call my local branch to get told I need to phone the customer services line as they are the ones who have it!

Still no change by the Friday 14th so I call the customer service line to get told my local store had cancelled the order on the Monday 10th! without informing me! And without issuing me a refund!!! So I had been waiting for my tow bar for nothing!!! Customer service agent attempted to be as helpful as possible and issue me with my refund but it was pointless. I had booked Friday the 14th off work to get the Towbar fitted, I had paid for a caravan pitch the following weekend which I’ll now loose the money and I have no Towbar! Called my local branch to be told, we don’t have a manager in today and “there’s nothing they would do about it” and “it’s just one of these things!”

What a pathetic excuse for a company!!!

Sells some very cheap and useless part bought a couple of starling wipers, fitted them it came out nearly scratched my windscreen. So cheap it's like hand made useless.

I ordered brake discs and brake pads on Sunday evening. It says 3/4 working days delivery. I checked tracking on Wednesday and it said still being picked. I contacted them, only to be told that they don't have the brake pads and will be another week. I canceled the brake pads and asked if the discs could still be delivered before Friday. They said yes. I contacted the couriers on Friday only to be told that they would be here Saturday. I had to cancel the whole order and go through another company (who also let me down) and I've lost a weeks work and wasted around 6 hours of my time chasing the orders up myself. Honestly I dont know how this company is still being used by people. They never contacted me once during this whole process. One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. If you have an alternative, take it!! Do not use euro car parts.

This is one useless organisation that has ill informed staff who know very little regarding inventory and generic information concerning customer requirements. To begin with, there are clueless when it comes to tools; in actual fact that behaviour is Not too dissimilar to tools. Absolutely clueless when it comes to ordering and then they look at you as if you the customer has done something wrong.

Guildford branch. Don't bother giving them vehicle details, just pick a part number from your head, you have more chance of actually getting what you need. Time and time and time again, wrong parts. Total waste of time and fuel again and again, refuse to deliver having screwed up yet again, despite part being over £150. DON"T LET YOUR BUSINESS AND CUSTOMERS BE AFFECTED BY THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY.
