Would not recommend this company
The day one of this company's representatives knocked on my door was one of the worst decisions I've ever made.
I was told there were government grants available for new doors and windows and was encouraged to arrange a visit with one of their consultants. As I was already planning to replace my front door, I agreed.
About a week later, the consultant came to my house and initially quoted me £5,500 for the front door alone. After applying several "special offers", the price came down to around £3,500. He kept telling me these doors were unique because they were manufactured locally using British composite materials, which supposedly justified the high price. After a lengthy negotiation, the price was reduced to around £1,950. I eventually agreed because I was told I would be supporting a local British business.
Unfortunately, the problems started on the installation day. The fitters were supposed to arrive at 2:00 pm but turned up before 8:00 am without any prior notice.
Once the installation was finished, I noticed that the internal trim was pulling away from both the wall and the floor, the glass had been fitted crooked, and there was around 1.5 cm of expanding foam visible around the outside of the glass. When I pointed this out, the fitter told me someone would come back to replace the glass because he didn't have the necessary parts with him.
Around three weeks later, the same fitter returned. Instead of replacing the glass or the faulty part, he removed the glass, roughly cut away the exposed foam and simply covered everything with silicone. The finished result looked even worse than before and, honestly, worse than my old door. He also refused to fix the trim, claiming that in older properties it's normal for it to stand away from the wall. To this day, one of the internal trim pieces keeps pulling away from the frame and coming loose. Every so often I have to push it back into place because it won't stay fitted properly.
I contacted the company again and asked them to send someone else to put things right. They booked an appointment several weeks later. I stayed at home all day waiting for them, but nobody turned up. When I called the company, I was told the visit wasn't going ahead. They arranged another appointment, but on the morning of the visit I received a text message saying their van had broken down and once again nobody came.
Finally, I'd like to point out that the doors they advertise as being unique and specially manufactured by them turned out to be standard composite doors, similar to those fitted by many other companies. The chrome parts, including the handle and other fittings, were already scratched before installation, as though they had been lying on a hard surface for a long time.
After this whole experience, I was left with unfinished repairs, poor-quality workmanship, cancelled appointments and very disappointing after-sales service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

My upmost apologies with regards to the issues that you have had with you door, this is not the service we offer, and yes we don't manufacture doors ourselves, but everything we fit comes under our umbrella, normally if there is a issue with a job, its completed on the first service visit I do know that we are visiting you on the 13/8/26 and all I can say to reassure you sir, is that is if we can't sort the problems out I will be demanding from our door supplier that they fit you a complete new door.

Great experience from start to finish. The man who came round initially to go through what I wanted was brilliant, did me a great price, I only had to wait a couple of weeks for installation, again the lads came out it was done really quick to a high standard and everything was cleaned up after. Would highly recommend

I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this company.
My 78-year-old mother, who lives alone, was approached at her doorstep by a Euroseal salesperson. During the visit they asked whether she had Power of Attorney, then used what I believe were high-pressure sales tactics to secure an agreement for work.
The job was to replace the plywood deck and install an EPDM rubber roof on a small shed roof of around 3m². She was initially quoted around £5,679 before the salesperson made a phone call to their "manager" and suddenly offered a "special deal" of £3,726, claiming it was only available if she agreed there and then. She was also asked to pay a deposit immediately. I wish there was an upload box to post their vague price and contract.
In my opinion, this is an excessive price for the work involved, and the pressure to make an immediate decision is particularly concerning when dealing with an elderly person living on their own.
The paperwork was then sent by email as a PDF, despite my mother having no idea how to open or read PDF documents. As a result, the family only became aware of what had happened after the cancellation period had passed.
The work was started but was not completed in a single visit ( 3 hours), and the installers had to return to finish it. Despite the job not yet being fully completed or checked to ensure we were satisfied with the standard of the work, they stood at my mother's door requesting payment of the remaining balance, leaving only £200 outstanding. We have concerns about the quality of the work and believe customers should have the opportunity to inspect a completed job before being placed under pressure to make full payment.
I believe companies have a responsibility to treat older and potentially vulnerable customers fairly, and this experience fell well short of that standard. I will be reporting my concerns to Trading Standards so they can consider whether further investigation is appropriate.
If you have elderly relatives, please check in with them regularly, especially if they receive unexpected callers at the door. In my view, vulnerable people are particularly at risk from this type of selling approach.

My apologies that you feel this way, for clarity please let me explain how we work as a company.
We will not attend any customer properties until we have discussed the appointment over the phone, during this call, we will ask the customer if they would still like us to attend, what time is convenient for them, and also explain what we will be doing whilst we're in attendance at there property.
During this phone call if the customer is of a elderly nature, or if they don't have a partner we will ask is there any friend or family they would like to be there with them whilst we visit. If at any point we feel that the customer could be vulnerable, we explain that we can not proceed any further until we speak to a member of there family, and all contact is cancelled until this happens. Asking your mother if there is a power of attorney shows you that we follow the guidelines with regard to any vulnerable person, we ask this not to be rude or nosy, our aim is to protect the customer first and the company second.
Once we have clarified this information and explained ourselves if the customer would still like us to attend we we will then visit and discuss what the customer needs and how we could possibly help. At no point do we pressure any customer, the pressure is on us, to make sure we offer the best service and price.
With regards to your mother's order, apart from our company brochures, all our contracts and surveys are now done electronically, we do this one to lower our costs and two to help the environment, our representatives go through each contract with the customer, before a copy is emailed to them, we do ask if they need any help opening any of the emails. We also leave a full colour brochure, with phone numbers to contact us whenever necessary.
Also please be aware its not just a piece of rubber we replace, we remove the old existing roof, replace all wooden beam, renew all OSB boards, fit a firestone rubber roof which is a market leader for rubber roofs and then we fit fascia soffit and gutter where needed to finish. We also give a full 10 year warranty on all parts and labour and 25 year warranty on the firestone rubber, as we have outlived our warranties twice, we are very confident in the warranties we give, and your mother can be very confident, that if anything goes wrong, we will still be in business to fix it.
And finally when the job was 99% complete we explained to your mother that we were unfortunately missing one piece of gutter to finish the job, and would she be happy to pay us some of the balance and the rest when we installed the missing gutter, (which was booked in when we realised the gutter was missing, and is for tomorrow, 22/07/26 will only take about 30 minutes to fit and is 3 business days after initial installation, if there would have a severe weather warning for rain, it would have been done sooner.)
If your mother would had wanted to pay the full amount when the gutter was installed then we would have taken the full balance then. Most companies work this way, There was no demand for payment. Your mother and our installers agreed on the figure paid, and was extremely happy with the work we had completed
At no point did your mother raise any issues with any part of this contract, there are freephone and office numbers on the brochures that are left with every customer. At any point she could have contacted us, and we would have cancelled the order immediately.
Our surveyor also visited seven days after the order date and at no point did your mother mention that she felt pressured or intimidated or even unhappy with the order placed, as anyone who seems unhappy with there contract, we will place that order on hold until we speak to them.

Professional, thorough, and customer-focused!
Had a large bay window fitted in roughly 1.5hrs and everything was as smooth as needed. Fitters arrived on schedule, had their own equipment to keep nearby furniture away from work debris, and left everything just as it was before the work. Plenty of contact was made before and after the job as well to make sure there was no trouble with the work.
Definitely worth the price and genuinely would recommend!

When 1st quoted all information was provided and mock ups gave us a great understanding of what we could choose to suit our house. Fitting was completed earlier in the day than previously advised but communication was given 24hrs in advance and worked out better in the long run.
