Absolutely brilliant service - couldn't have been better from start to finish. Ordered feather flags and the quality is by far the best I have seen. Staff were SUPER helpful and even helped with the design.
Overjoyed and went back to order more.

We purchased a gazebo from Event Branding for our Branch of the RAF Association. The process from design to production was very easy and the efficiency of the sales staff in producing different versions of artwork was extremely efficient and helpful. The gazebo arrived as per delivery date and we erected it on arrival. Very impressed with the quality of the product and should suit our needs exactly. It will certainly
emphasise our branch and events. Thank you to all concerned.

Ordered a Gazebo Frame and paid for a next a day delivery, It is now 3 days and still haven't received frame. Problem is, it is needed for an event tomorrow where we would generate our annual income for our organisation, We have also spent hundreds on merchandise for event that will now need to be binned. So £600 lost merchandise and £480 for a frame we never received on time. Not good for a small organisation who operate of £1200 a year.

A pleasure to do business with, I asked for the design to be changed a few times until it was right, nothing was too much trouble. The flag arrived yesterday and I'm very impressed with the quality of the flag, I was concerned the QR code might not work but it does, very pleased, thank you.

Response time was good but we felt in the end that you cannot talk to anyone, for whatever reason. The frame arrived first and we have many gazebos and the quality was not as good as what we were expecting. We have many other 50mm Hex frame gazebos. Plastic fittings and clips I don’t think this will last long. To be honest I was expecting something a lot better as their marketing is good. The printing is good quality but we are disappointed in the frame quality considering we paid extra for the best they offer.

So easy to order, amazing mock up designs, 4 to choose from. Delivery was easy and on time. Product quality exceeded my expectations, so pleased with the product,we will definitely use again and recommend to all we know and encourage those who are looking
