By far the worst experience I’ve had in long time.
Evri don’t even bother to come back. I ordered a pair of shoes they say they’re on their way. They say they’re due to be delivered and then all of a sudden they returned the item back to the sender, no reply to my request for information as to why this has happened they are one of the worst companies.
Cannot put it into words how bad this company is. do not use.
My Next Lucid Journey
I worked with this team because I needed pricing for a Lucid, and they have a large selection available. After speaking with many dealers who only ask for your phone number or insist that you come into the showroom, Yevgeniy responded to inform me that they are a one-price platform. He even reached out later to confirm this, which I appreciated since many dealers make similar claims but do not follow through. I am currently waiting for pictures and will be checking them out for my next Lucid. Go Ever!

I recently checked out Ever while searching for a used EV for my wife. Overall, our experience was positive, with only a few neutral aspects.
The pricing was transparent, and I genuinely appreciated the less traditional dealership approach. The inventory selection and overall pricing were excellent, which made it easy to compare options and find an EV that fits our needs without feeling pressured, which is a great plus.
While we personally did not experience any issues with post-sale service, I did notice that some other customer reviews mentioned room for improvement in post-purchase support and responsiveness. That said, I believe it is important to maintain reasonable expectations. We did not expect them to be as fast as Amazon, so perhaps we simply had reasonable expectations and it did take a few extra days to receive our car.
Overall, I would describe Ever as a solid and reliable option for purchasing a used EV, especially if you value competitive pricing and a transparent, non-haggling buying experience. I would recommend giving them consideration if you are in the market for a used EV :)

After sale service is Horrific
Well as others have stated in their reviews the problem of them being super friendly and supportive until they receive your money then the customer service falls off the planet. It is horrible boarding on horrific. I only had 2 simple requests of them after receiving my money and they were to send me PDFs of all of the signed document and to let me know if I could speak with the driver because the vehicle was being delivered from San Francisco to Phoenix and I did not want to waste an entire day not knowing a general time frame other than sometime Friday. Several calls and texts to my sales guy Nick and finance person Travis and nothing at all..... Still waiting for the vehicle now day is more than half over and no documents to be seen???? At this point I would definitely agree buyer beware category is correct. I see that one of the owners was commenting on Reddit. Man you keep seeing the same complaint regarding horrible after sales performance.... FIX IT!!!!

Jensie was fantastic. I emailed her over several weeks about a car I was unsure of. She sent me pics and even FaceTimed me with a walk around. She gave me her honest opinion and I bought the car sight unseen. I was not disappointed. She was fair and accurate. Excellent experience!!

I don’t give 5 stars lightly. I did the deep sive when shopping for a car, it is a big purchase for me. I have been to close to a dozen dealerships with their same old games “let me check with my manager and i will be right back”… trying to wear you down.
Then by chance I saw a car here, stopped by and had an amazing experience. Nick was so chill, answered all my questions, test drove the car i wanted, and another just for my curiosity. We sat at a table, made sure i had no other questions, nothing else I wanted to drive and viola “if you are interested place a reservation through a link, texted to me. “tale your time”… Guided me through, was called by Trevor to help with the financing, found me a better rate than my preapproved. Car charged and waiting for me … WOW a very different experience a great team. The only sell electric, but a great diverse inventory, no pressure cannot recommend more

I had a good experience buying a car with Ever. The whole process was very fast and easy and the car arrived in just a few days. They could not give me a competitive offer on my trade-in, but I ended up selling to a local dealer instead.
Fantastic Experience Buying My R1S
I had a fantastic experience purchasing my 2023 Rivian R1S (Adventure Trim, Quad Motor) through Ever in San Francisco. Yevgeniy was my sales representative, and he made the entire process smooth and stress-free from start to finish.
The Ever SF team was fantastic.
Most of our communication was over text, email, and phone calls, which made things super convenient. Yevgeniy was always quick to respond, kept me updated, and made sure everything went seamlessly.
Buying a car from a traditional dealership can feel overwhelming, but Ever is NOT your traditional dealership, and Yevgeniy’s professionalism, knowledge, and easygoing style made the experience enjoyable. I’m thrilled with my new R1S and grateful for how straightforward Ever SF made the purchase process.
If you’re in the market for a used Rivian, or other EV makes and models, I definitely recommend checking out Ever San Francisco and asking for Yevgeniy!
Technically Competence?
I had a pretty bad experience on my recent visit to the Ever Car dealership in San Francisco. I wanted to trade in my Tesla Model 3. The vehicle runs perfectly with no warning lights, performance issues, or service alerts of any kind. When I arrived, a technician inspected the car and gave the green light, which led to an initial trade-in offer that seemed reasonable.
However, once I started the buying process, the shenanigans started. After the salesperson went to the manager to begin the paperwork, I was now told that another technician had found a problem with the drivetrain. No diagnostic evidence was provided, and the car continued (and continues) to drive flawlessly. Anyone familiar with Teslas knows that if there were a real drivetrain issue, the car would either go into limp mode or not drive at all—and Tesla’s system would flag it immediately. That didn’t happen.
It felt like the original trade-in offer was a bait tactic just to get me in the door. It seemed like they invented a problem to justify changing the deal. My guess is this happened because I wasn’t using their financing and declined their extended warranty—so the manager was looking for another way to get more of my money.
The salesperson seemed cool and really knew a lot about the car I wanted which I appreciated. But i walked out feeling slimed and frustrated.
I’ve had far better, more transparent experiences with CarMax and Carvana. I don’t recommend doing business with Ever Car. Unless they get their act together and clean house of shady managers and finance people, I doubt they will survive as a business. These kind of tactics are unacceptable given that there are dealers that behave ethically and transparently.
UPDATE - The general manager saw my review and reached out to me. He said that there was no intent to play sales games or use bait and switch tactics. He seemed genuine and I am inclined to believe him. But this still leaves the question of why the Ever tech flagged my car for having drivetrain problems. By the way, I have now driven my Tesla around 450 miles since visiting Ever and I have no problems or weird noises with the car. I recently had Tesla look the car over and they gave it a clean bill of health. So even if Ever was not doing anything shady (which I want to believe) they have a tech problem. I wonder how competent their techs are in evaluating the cars they have for sale. I would give Ever another chance but I would do two things: 1. I would have my car inspected BEFORE I tried to trade it in to Ever and have the report in writing; 2. I would ask to have whatever car I wanted to buy from Ever inspected by an independent EV competent shop. Ever is new and still working out how they want to do business. I would suggest getting their technical competence together and then letting the public know about this so we can be confident of their assessment of the vehicles they take for trade in and those they sell.
Easiest and best car-buying experience Ever
Buying a used EV from Ever was the easiest car-buying experience I have ever had. The staff is professional, friendly, responsive, and extremely helpful. The pricing was fair, and not having to endlessly shop around or haggle with dealers or private sellers was a huge relief. I appreciated that they inspected the car, and mine was in perfect condition, without even a ding. There was no sales pressure, and after the transaction they followed up to make sure I was happy. Would highly recommend Ever to anyone local (or remote), who's in the market for a hassle-free, straightforward EV buying experience.

Best Experience EVER!
In my history of car buying (7 cars including both daughters), purchasing a car with Ever was the smoothest and most seamless. If buying a car is somewhere in your least favorite things to do, like getting a tooth pulled, then you will be very happy with Ever. It won't hurt at all!
I'd like to thank our Ever Consultant, Will Kizanis, for his professional and friendly demeanor. He was well versed in the mechanics of all the cars we looked at, and took his time - we didn't feel rushed or neglected.
We came in with one car in mind and left with a different one, and I'm so glad that Ever's inventory had many options to choose from.
Working with Trevor Brown, in financing, was just as seamless and painless. All the paperwork and financing was completed electronically without any hiccups or long waits. We left Ever to grab a bite to eat and enjoy a beautiful, sunny SF day, and by the time we finished the car was ready to drive home!

They make getting a used EV easy
Yevgeniy and Troy were instrumental in helping me purchase a used EV. I managed to pickup a polestar 2 (2024) at nearly the same price as marked in kbb, so no noticeable markup.
The car was basically like new and their dedication for service was great; they made sure to confirm that the vehicle they delivered had no faults or issues.
This review is a bit late, but basically, I've been driving the car for 3 months and I love it.

Great experience!
Great experience!! William/sales and Trevor/finance made the process smooth and easy. Purchased a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 and for a used car it's in great shape mechanically and in appearance. I paid cash for the car and maybe that helped the process go a little smoother than some of the other reviews I read about loan problems. Online paperwork was quick and efficient. Had the car delivered to my house and I would have to say I'm very pleased with the Ever experience.
