I signed up for one week trial, for which I got charged twice. Then got charged 38.95 twice on the same date. I have emailed and gotten no responses so I opened a dispute with my bank. Don’t buy this app if you don’t want frustration. Not worth the hassle. Very shady. Even messaged the ceo and he didn’t respond. Ugh.

Unexpected $29.99 add-on and dismissive customer service

I signed up for Everdance’s four-week dance promotion and was also charged $29.99 for “7 must have Diet Guides,” which I did not knowingly agree to purchase.

I contacted them immediately to request a refund for the guides while keeping my dance subscription. They refused and offered additional subscription access instead.

Their response stated that the charge was “entirely at your own initiative” and that I “would have seen” the payment details upon scrolling down. I found this dismissive of my concern that the additional purchase was not clear to me during checkout.

I have disputed the $29.99 charge with my credit card. Check the checkout screens carefully for separate paid offers.

Non fidatevi! Trovano il modo di portarvi via dei soldi. La mia salvezza è che la protezione sulla mia carta me l'ha bloccata. Ora devo cambiarla, ma loro non sono riusciti a prendere nulla!

I seen an advertisement for 2-weeks @ $15.19 which I purchased figuring if after those 2-weeks I’ll sign up or not based on my experience. I’ve been so busy I hadn’t gotten to use within those 2-weeks but I didn’t think anything of it until I was charged $38.95 for the next 4-weeks. I contacted EverDance and asked for a refund only to be told no because “you agreed to that charge when you signed up” Never did I see it clearly written that I would be roped in as I was and I think that terms such as this must be written clearly and easy to see. I’m so aggravated and annoyed that even if I like EverDance I would never sign up,

I signed up for a one-week trial advertised at $6.99 but was also charged $29.99, at the same time, for a diet ebook I neither wanted nor received.
The sign-up page did not display fully on my iPhone. The trial button was visible, but the button below it was not fully shown, so I did not knowingly agree to purchase the ebook.
I immediately emailed to cancel and request a refund. Everdance insisted the ebook purchase was clearly stated. Their cancellation instructions also directed me to Apple Subscriptions, but the company did not appear there when I tried to cancel.
Thankfully, I also contacted my bank that morning and they blocked further payments.

Additionally, many of the Everdance fitness classes seemed to lack the music featured in the adverts.

Overall, I found the sign-up and cancellation processes frustrating and unclear. I would urge others to check the terms carefully before signing up, particularly on a mobile phone.
