Going into my meeting with Sarah we were not sure what to expect. She asked questions to get a feel for what we envisioned for retirement and then discussed areas for improvement in my investment portfolio. Sarah was very courteous and professional. After hearing their TV and radio ads for years, I finally decided to make an appointment. All of the team members that I met were friendly and knowledgeable.
