I’ve been using Everflow as our partner marketing platform for a while now, and overall it’s been a solid experience.
The platform is powerful and flexible, especially when it comes to tracking, reporting, and managing multiple partners in one place. The interface is clean and fairly intuitive once you get used to it, and the level of customization is a big plus if you’re running complex campaigns.
I had a positive experience at first until....
I had a positive experience from registration through onboarding—the UI is clean and intuitive. I joined Everflow as a partner, and it took about seven days for my application to be reviewed.
I was able to navigate the platform without issues, but I did encounter a few drawbacks. There were outdated or broken links from 2024–2025 campaigns that led to error pages. Support was also limited—there was no visible support email, phone number, or live chat option. Additionally, there wasn’t enough information or resources to support growth and general usability within the program I joined.
These issues collectively led to a frustrating experience. It directly affected my first referral, which was flagged due to a VPN and not properly tracked. I had to manually request feedback for the client I referred using my custom link, especially since I was already marked as the referee in their CRM.
Everflow is a reliable affiliate tracking platform.
Everflow is a good platform for affiliates and partners marketing. The interface is user-friendly with easy tracking of clicks, conversions, and campaigns. We can easily see the performance report of a campaign. Customer service is good with prompt response. Overall Everflow is a reliable tool for managing partnership and affiliates program.

Everflow is a brilliant tracking system to scale your affiliate program. I have used it extensively. It's important to start off by taking their certification before you get started if you haven't used the system previously, as it's much more powerful if you understand all the intricacies first.
I would leave zero stars if I could.
I would leave zero stars if it was an option. What an absolute rip off. Sure the UI looks pretty and it works. But they charge you exhorbitant pricing just because revenue goes up. And if you try to prove to them some of that revenue was testing or an error too bad. If you do $100K in revenue you will be paying $3000. Compare that to Cake or Has Offers where it's < $1000 and they do the same damn thing. Why should a company get paid more for doing none of the work and it costs no more extra money for extra clicks? Why do they feel they have an entitlement to a % of YOUR revenues just because you use some basic tracker. I can't wait til more and more people like me realize they can whip up a similar version with AI in a weekend that costs like $20/mo to run and puts companies like this out of business. Price gouging scumbags!!!!
Great Company, Great Product, Even Better People!
We’ve been on Everflow for about three months. To be clear, we’re working through some legacy technical issues on our side so we can fully leverage the platform. Throughout that process, the support we’ve received from Lauren and Chris has been outstanding.
They’ve taken the time to meet with us repeatedly, walk through deep technical questions, and remain highly responsive. Both have gone well above and beyond what would normally be expected.
When moving to a larger platform, it’s easy for the human element to get lost—but that hasn’t been our experience at all. The Everflow team has been incredibly hands-on and genuinely invested in helping us solve the technical challenges we’ve encountered.
I can’t speak highly enough of Everflow or the team. Special thanks as well to Matthew Rapisarda for helping us clearly see the value of the platform. Moving from LinkTrust was an easy decision.

Do not deal with Everflow!
Everflow sold us an affiliate tracking solution that they ultimately could not build, could not support, and later admitted was not technically possible.
Before signing, we clearly explained our affiliate structure and requirements. Everflow confirmed multiple times that their platform could support this. Based on those assurances, we signed the contract.
What followed was five months of delays, shifting explanations, and stalled implementation. Eventually, Everflow acknowledged that the functionality they sold us does not exist within their platform.
Instead of delivering what was promised, we were offered a workaround based on manual tracking and manual processes. This is not an affiliate technology solution, and it completely contradicts what was sold. If we wanted manual processes, we would not have signed with an affiliate software provider.
Despite never receiving the product we paid for:
A $500 setup fee was kept, even though the setup was never completed
Monthly subscription fees have not been refunded despite continued efforts to contact their team directly.
We were told we must continue paying due to a 6-month lock-in, even though the platform is unusable for our needs
We were also charged an additional $200/Monthly fee for a proxy management service, which was not mentioned upon our call and signing of the contract.
In total, we paid above $6,000 for a service that:
Was sold based on incorrect technical claims
Was never delivered
Was later admitted to be impossible to implement
Is now being enforced purely through contract terms rather than any meaningful service delivery
This has been an exercise in frustration. There has been no accountability for the misrepresentation, no ownership of the failure, and no good-faith effort to resolve the situation fairly. The focus has been entirely on collecting fees rather than delivering value.
If your requirements are anything beyond the most basic, do not assume Everflow can support them. Get every capability written into the contract in detail. Verbal assurances are meaningless once you’ve signed.
A deeply disappointing and costly experience.
Misrepresentation, failure to deliver, and a breached contract
We were genuinely excited to work with Everflow at the start. The sales process was smooth, everything sounded great on paper, and we clearly outlined our required affiliate structure. We were explicitly told “yes, no problem, this can be done.” That assurance is the only reason we signed.
After 5 months of delays, Everflow ultimately admitted that they cannot actually deliver the functionality they sold us.
The “solution” they proposed afterward involves manual tracking and manual processes, which fundamentally defeats the purpose of using an affiliate technology platform - and is not what was agreed at the point of sale.
At this point, the contract is effectively breached, because the service being offered is materially different from what was represented and agreed. We paid for an automated affiliate tracking solution that could support our structure. That solution does not exist.
Despite this:
The $500 setup fee has not been refunded, even though the setup was never completed
Monthly fees have not been refunded
We are being told we must continue paying due to a 6-month lock-in, despite the product not being fit for purpose
An additional $200/month managed proxy service continued to be charged even after we explicitly requested cancellation in writing - which was ignored because they “strongly advised” we keep it, despite the platform not working for us at all
In total, we’ve paid approximately $6,250 for a product that:
Was misrepresented during sales
Was never delivered as promised
Was later admitted to be technically impossible
And is still being enforced via contract rather than resolved in good faith
This experience has felt less like a partnership and more like being trapped in a contract after misleading assurances. There has been no accountability, no ownership, and no willingness to align the outcome with what was actually sold.
If your use case is anything beyond extremely standard, be very cautious. Do not rely on verbal assurances - get every technical capability explicitly written into the contract. Once signed, Everflow appears far more focused on enforcing payment than delivering what was promised.
Extremely disappointing experience.
If Everflow fails to comply further on this case and provides a full refund, we will not hesitate to take this legal as we are down $6,250 due to their misrepresentation and breach of contract.
FIVE MONTHS - NOT WORKING
FIVE MONTHS, NO WORKING SERVICE, AND UNETHICAL CHARGES - AVOID!
Should have read the other reviews before our company committed! We signed up with Everflow five months ago, paid the $500 Standard Setup Fee, and still have a system that is fundamentally non-functional for our business needs.
This is not a customer support issue; this is a clear breach of contract and failure to deliver the core service we paid for.
We paid for "setting up your account... as well as your full on-boarding plan and dedicated support." Five months later, the platform is still not properly set up. tThe amount of time and resources wasted trying to get the basic system working proves Everflow has failed its fundamental service obligations.
We are formally ending our contract and demanding a full refund because the service was not carried out with "reasonable care and skill and within a reasonable time," as required under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
On top of the failed service, Everflow has been levying an unauthorized charge of $200/month for a "Managed Proxy IP Service." Our contract clearly states that any additional products must be added via a signed Addendum or a new Order Form. We did neither.
This practice of charging for additional premium services without formal consent is unacceptable and potentially breaches the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977. We have demanded a full refund for all these specific charges.
Our experience is sadly reflected in other one-star reviews:
Holding Money Hostage: Just like the user Brad Milne reported, Everflow has refused to refund our fees and is instead trying to force us to uphold the 6-month commitment for a service that they failed to deliver.
Insisting on Payment for Non-Functioning Services: Our situation echoes John Todora's experience where a sales promise was made, the system didn't work for the stated needs, and the company then simply refused to cancel the contract and billed them anyway.
Unethical Billing: The situation with our unauthorised charges aligns with DMoose's report of "highly unethical billing practices."
Everflow prioritises holding onto money over providing a working product. We have lost five months of time and significant fees due to their contractual failure. DO NOT waste your money or time with this company.

Transforming partner marketing through data and automation
My experience with Everflow has been very positive, particularly because of how it combines deep performance tracking, automation, and scalability in one platform. I started using Everflow to manage and measure multiple partner and affiliate relationships across different marketing channels and it quickly became clear to me that it was built for both clarity and control.
Good software, not what we needed.
I think overall the experience with the team was positive. The product and sales team were good, but the software is more of a traffic cop vs. attribution. I think it would work well for partners/affiliate programs, but not the best for attribution compared to other softwares. I left with a sour taste as the accounting team and contract details were not handled well after I had decided to terminate my contact. Things to make note of, they have a recurring monthly charge post agreed upon contract term, and they don't do any prorating/partial months depending on when you start with them. Just things to keep your eye on!
A Powerful Reporting and Tracking Tool
The platform's reporting is just what I need to gather insights on the fly about partner performance in the middle of a call. The quick load times over 10's of thousands of conversions is fantastic. The support team does a great job of assisting with payments over hundreds of active partners (Thanks Elaura!).

Our experience with Everflow has been excellent so far. The platform is intuitive, reliable, and packed with features that make campaign tracking and performance management seamless. We were told by our media buyer that he thought we could integrate data from VTURB with another tracking software.
We had a detailed call with an account rep who had to bring in another account rep to confirm what we were asking for could be done.
They said they weren't sure even though it is listed as a native integration within the Everflow platform.
It turns out the functionality doesn't work and therefore we didn't need Everflow.
We specifically discussed on our sales call with them that if the integration doesn't work we have no need to use the software and would need a refund. They agreed.
Once we found out that the software doesn't actually work, their account management team held our money hostage and is going to every conceivable length to try to steal $6,000 from us.
This is a prime example of how not to run a company.
It was a dishonest sales call. It was dishonest to list an integration that doesn't work at all. And it's dishonest to try to hold our money hostage and threaten to continue billing us while trying to make us work with them to get the integration working.

Bad Experience
Everflow displayed highly unethical billing practices by insisting on payment for services we hadn't even started.
I would stay away from Everflow
So I signed on with Everflow a few month ago. XXX was our sales rep and she was really nice and professional. Unfortunately, we just needed tracking for clicks for a network we run and Everflow can't do what we need it to without several lines of code etc.
It was just too much. So after paying the $500 setup fee and realizing the system would not work for what we needed it to, we asked that we not be charged any further and that we be let out of the contract.
XXX responded that she totally understood and that she would take care of it and get back to us. A month later I get a bill for $850. To which I reply explaining the issue again and obviously thinking this was a mischarge of some type.
XXX responded today (a month later) by saying
"Hope you're well. Apologies for the delay regarding your cancellation request. Your circumstances have been discussed with our executives, and it has been confirmed that the 6-month contract period needs to be upheld. Our 6-month term is a standard for all clients, and unfortunately we can't make any exceptions."
So, Everflow sold me something that we can not get to work as "easy and simple" as we were lead to believe and now won't refund the money, even though we never used it.
After I brought this to their attention (immediately) they did not respond for a month and, instead of dealing with the issue, just sent me a bill and charge my card
They only responded because I sent an email complaining about being charge $850 for a service I have never used and can not use.
I would say DO NOT use this company. Their customer service is...well you can see for yourself.
