Literally such terrible quality. The only benefit is that they are a custom length, but in terms of quality, pleat, look, etc., just order drapes off of Amazon. Incredibly overpriced for what you receive. Major regret, will never purchase from them again.

For those curious about the opportunity to make it right, I was sent a proposal to replace the drapes at 50% off, which is still $4700 - for two medium sized windows. I can get custom drapes from RH for those windows for $1600.

I had some issue, but Everhem's customer service was always gracious and I'm very happy with my drapes now!
They're perfect!

Everhem was professional and helpful. They helped us review the product and color, identifying the best option. Once the custom drapery materials were set to size, they arranged the install. The install went seamless and the product fit perfectly. Everyone was happy with the new window treatments.

I have worked with Kasandra a few times and I can’t say enough about how kind and helpful she has been. I am Canadian and my house is outfitted in Everhem, the quality and beauty of the product is above and beyond and I won’t deal with any other company.

I revised my review because Everhem did everything possible to make the situation right. They sent out the installer for a second visit. I'm happy with the end result.*

Communication with this company is particularly poor. The information needed to measure for curtains accurately is not provided on the website. It required of me a trip to the showroom, a consultation with one of their designers, and numerous emails to have the information I needed. I wasn't happy with the quality of the linen available so I ordered linen drapes from Loft Curtains for my living room and Cotton/Linen blend drapes from Everhem for my bedrooms. I paid Everhem generously for the services of their installer to come and install the drapes. I was not informed - until he was half-way through installing the living room drapes - that he was instructed 'not to touch' any drapes provided by a different manufacturer. He was able to hang them but was unable to provide any adjustment to the pins. As a result the curtains were installed poorly, pooling at the bottom while they were precisely measured to just meet the floor. To exacerbate the issue, he claims he ran out of rings on the last set of drapery. It was 5 PM on a Friday and I'd hazard to guess the real problem was that he wanted to leave the job. He promised he'd get the materials he needed and return to 'make it right.' However, after no contact from Everhem about this incomplete installation, when I reached out to them, they informed me that they sent the additional rings directly to the house and I was responsible for completing the installation myself. There was no mention of a credit for the work that was not done or any other attempt at providing a resolution. I will not be providing Everhem with any further business and will direct my clients elsewhere. It has been a hassle from the moment I started with them and not worth the results in the end.

I have been following the Annie Meyers Shyer @thisoakhouse instagram detailing the renovation of her LA Home. Annie has superb interior decorating style, it's clean, crisp, modern & comfortable. I copied a few of her decorating ideas including the woven wood shades that Everhem made for all of her windows. I followed Everhems detailed instructions about measuring &ordering. All worked out perfectly as my Husband was able to install the shades easily thanks to the installation instructions that accompanied the shades. My shades look lovely.

This was my third purchase from Everhem, and the quality and fit has been fantastic. However, I struggle to give a super positive rating on the installation. Everhem markets that their installation is super simple, but I don't believe that is accurate. The instructions are not user friendly at all, and every time I've installed a window treatment, I'm left having to run to the store to get a tool or material that was not specified in the instructions. Additionally, given how vague the instructions are, I am second-guessing myself throughout the process, which is not a great feeling when you are drilling holes into the wall! To give a specific example, when installing drapes, the instructions said to divide the drape rings evenly and put them on the curtain rod before drilling the bar into the wall. When I then went to hang the drapes on the rings, I realized they provided 4 extra rings (but nowhere did the instructions say that) and so I now have extra rings on the curtain rod, that I can only remove but unscrewing the rod from the wall, which is extremely disruptive.

We had such a great experience with Everhem. The curtains themselves are beautiful, and we also appreciated how considerate they were about shipping (we are based in LA and they reached out to confirm it was ok to ship during the fires). Our installer also did excellent work putting them all up. We'll definitely use Everhem in the future!

Gorgeous samples too bad I can’t figure out how to order from them. WAY too confusing, especially if you just want one simple cafe rod with rings and curtains.

Kasandra is the BEST! She is efficient and always returns emails so promptly!! I am so thankful,she has helped me so much in the decisions and what works best! She knows Everhem and is readily available. Excellent customer service EVERY TIME!!

Customer service was amazing! They answered all my questions and helped me place a large order for a full home with confidence.

I felt like I was going to have a more holistically helpful experience choosing drapes, since I really didn't know what to look for. After the fact, I realized that your options are actually quite limited and that is what your consultations are limited to. I wish I didn't have a linen that wrinkles so easily and I wish my pleats weren't so deep. I rationalized paying the high cost because I thought I would for sure be in good hands. I should have gone to a traditional company who can outsource some of their offerings and have a wider selection ~or~ I should have spent a couple hundred dollars on a DIY and been just as happy and saved a lot of money.

Everything was great...from the expert measuring to the selection and quality of fabrics to the earlier than expected delivery to the installation. In addition, the cost was far less than other companies.

The draperies and hardware are stunning! I could tell from the detailed questions I answered as I placed my order that these were going to be high quality and they are absolutely beautiful and high quality. Accurately measured due to the info you’re guided to provide. I ordered two-panel pinch pleat draperies with black out lining, pinch pleat sheers, and black double-rod hardware with an elbow return. The hardware is equally impressive: heavy feel, lovely finish, and high quality. I will be ordering more for my other rooms!! My only advisement would be it’s definitely helpful to have a handy person, friend, spouse to help you install if you’re not a handy person yourself. The guide provided to install is helpful but it was nice to have a friend to help.

I previously wrote a 5 star review almost exactly 1 year ago. At the time of that review, the curtains were beautiful, easy to hang, and their customer service was amazing. Fast forward to 1 year later and these curtains have been a headache. They are still beautiful and the actual curtains have held up wonderfully. But the hardware and installation are terrible. In the past year, we have needed to have them reinstalled twice and there are now huge holes in our walls. The problem is that the blackout curtains are extremely heavy and the anchors they provide are not sufficient for drywall. They would work well if you had the sheer curtains, but the blackout curtains are too heavy and have caused damage to our walls. They should come with better anchors or we should be advised to install them in studs only. The drywall can't handle the weight of the blackout curtains. We can't shift the curtains to install them in drywall because they are a fixed length.

Absolutely love Everhem! The service & quality is exceptional. Every step from ordering to arrival has been seamless. Not to mention the overall fabric quality is incredible. Can't recommend them enough!

I ordered a woven shade for my bathroom and it looks amazing and the mechanics of how it works is so great!

The whole process went smoothly and the quality of the products is great! We were missing one set of screws for a Roman shade and the customer service —-who responded to my email very quickly —had it overnighted!! I purchased drapes, Roman shades and woven shades. I will buy again soon for other rooms.

Such an amazing experience with this company. My curtains for my dining room and library made ALL THE DIFFERENCE. It’s absolutely incredible. Looking forward to working together again on my living room!!
