Loved the option of colors, price was what I expected. They are very comfy, must wear taller socks otherwise the shoes rub on your ankles. No extended shipping time.

The bumb bag is exactly what I expected. The order process was straight forward and I could track my parcel on its journey. Thank you great product and wondrful service.

Very disappointed with Everhikes. The product is yet to arrive, yet it was ordered on 31st July. I paid an extra £9 for 'superfast delivery' hoping it would get here before a long weekend walking, starting 7th August. This is where we are at.

Had a really great experience with Everhikes. It is always tricky ordering products on-line. Had some back and forth, mainly driven on my part. Everhikes was extremely accommodating and made the process as smooth as can be!

Product is great but your courier made many delivery promises and missed them all and lost the parcel. Eventually found and delivered 2 weeks late

I ordered the lightweight Sun Hat with UV protection on the 14th July, the hat is great, mesh sides for ventilation, lightweight, adjustable and a nice wide brim. It took a while to be delivered but I got a prompt response when querying the delivery date, got the hat on the 1st August, very happy with my purchase.

The product is great but delivery took nearly 2 weeks.

Item arrived reasonably quickly and was exactly as advertised. I wanted a visor that covered my ears and it does that perfectly. I was pleased with the quality.

The gloves arrived and they are very nice and comfortable.

Stay as far away as possible! They list their address as a UK shop but the shop is a complete scam. I bought a watch for my son that took several weeks to get here, going through customs and came in a clear plastic bag (no box) and no instructions. The watch itself belonged in the bin—it didn’t even work and felt like cheap plastic for a ridiculous price! Then when I went to try to get a refund they said I’d have to send it back to China (on my charge) so they recommend I just take 20% back. I also went to write a review and there was no place to click on the website to write a review (even though they have stars listed??). All fake! Buy from Amazon you’ll get better quality than this fake place that’s certainly not UK based 😑

Well packaged delivery, visor is different than normal visors you can buy, more stylish, soft and very comfortable on.

I purchased a hat which took way too long to arrive, at which point I had already purchased another to meet our travel date. Tried to return, was offered 20% off my next order to keep the hat - no! - then they increased the offer to 30% refund and keep the hat I had no need for or I had to return to China myself and pay all shipping, customs and fees. What a ridiculous policy. Avoid!

Had some questions about a sun hat which I had found on Everhikes's website and regarding their return process, should the hat not fit or should it be below my expectations in terms of quality. Everhikes customer support came back to me quickly with accurate information including follow up emails. The quality and fit of the hat are perfect. I would praise the responsiveness of their customer support and will recommend Everhikes to family and friends based on my experience dealing with them. 100% positive.

Ordered shorts on 09/07 and today is the 19/07 and tracking doesn’t move. Written to customer services but no reply. I expect the item will eventually arrive but be of poor ish quality. Once bitten twice shy. Avoid if I were you.

Don't buy off this company, it is basically the same as Temu and Shein, but more expensive. The quality is absolutely shocking and the item looks nothing like the photos. They even spelt the word on the front of the hat wrong!!!! Instead of sending back for a refund they offer you 50% off. I nearly bought a second item before the first arrived, thankfully I waited to see what the product was like.

I ordered a pair of shoes which arrived fast and in good order except they were a fraction too small.
I contacted customer support and got a speedy response from Daisy, who was incredibly helpful and friendly, and rectified the issue for me almost immediately! (It would've been faster if I checked my emails properly!)
It was so refreshing to have such a positive interaction with a customer support issue and have it all happen so quickly and pleasantly!
I cannot recommend them enough.

I ordered a hat from Everhikes in June and still not received it. i had a message from them stating they were sorry and to have 30% off my next order but i am never ordering form them again. at this point i am not sure if this site is even real.

Horrible customer service and return process. I’d have to pay for international shipping to return product to China? What in the world crazy BS is this?
