I ordered 3 packets of shine rizlas for a friends birthday 9 days ago, latest arrival was 5 days and not only did I not receive my items, I also chased it up over email and their website and still have had no response/ tracking number.

Update: when I did eventually get in touch with the company they were extremely helpful and did resend the items! Not sure what happened originally but am very happy with how it was resolved.
