Thank you. Yes, I finally received my package. I was upset because of the lack of communication. I tried reaching out several times and never received a response from any person. The only response I recieved was an automated email. I have changed my review to 4 stars only because my daughter loved the item.

I ordered a case but it took 3 months…

I ordered a case but it took 3 months to get to me and when it did it was the wrong size, they told me they will send me another one but it’s been a month and a half and no updates so I requested a refund and they left me on seen. I messaged again and just sent me the money. No apology or anything. Honestly the case was cute, I loved it but if you want to risk the wrong item and or loooong wait, go ahead and order

I am sorry that you received the wrong item. Because the item in your order is a handmade item which requires 15~25 business days to make it as it is stated on the product page and title. We didn’t ask you to return the phone case you received and kindly asked you if you could wait for the second shipment. You agreed on it. Later on you asked for refund we initiated refund immediately. Once we initiated refund the order was closed and archive. Customers information including address and contact will be deleted immediately for privacy and security issues. The cancellation and sorry emails are sent by our system email address instead of the customer service email address. You might miss these emails. We are sorry that you felt in this way.

Absolutely appaling

Absolutely appaling. No replies for months and when they do its always the same message, no actual follow up. DO NOT BUY. I'm pretty sure that they are a scam site at this rate.

Nice variety but customer service might ghost you.

They have a variety of items and they seem to have things in stock pretty regularly. Prices fluctuate often and things go up and "on sale" pretty often. So it's sometimes better to get items earlier when they are a little cheaper.

I got my order in perfect condition and all the extras/freebies included. However my order took longer than their listed estimated shipping to arrive and EverythingCuteClub customer service stopped responding after a certain point. They don't send any e-mails if there are shipping delays on their end. You have to check their website since they will only post it there.

Also, since their Customer Service may ignore you if you ask too many questions, use your credit card or PayPal so you have a way to protect yourself when they refuse to respond to a legitimate request/questions about your order.

I would not order from this site again even if this was the only site that had what I wanted available.

May 2021 Edit: Since ECC responded I wanted to clarify what legitimate questions mean. My questions were not covered in the FAQ or in any on-site popups that only explained any issues or delays the company was facing. When asking the questions, not covered in those locations, I received the generic canned response that referenced their FAQ and the info on the main page. I know that is standard for most sites but even when I replied that the auto-responder/canned response didn't cover my question I still received canned 'look at the FAQ response' and then radio silence.

Thanks for your reviews! We are really working on providing wide range cute products of high quality. And we are happy to hear that you like the products and packaging. I am sorry that your order was delayed. I don't know when you placed the order and what did your order. The processing time varies due to the product types and the holiday/ sale seasons.
We don't intend to ignore customers' emails. We used the free email service before so the emails sometimes are not forwarded to us successfully. We recently upgraded our email system using more professional company emails.
For the funds part, you don't need to worry about your money. Because we are a shop under Shopify. None of your bank info will be leaked to us. And we only accept mainstream payment methods such as credit cards and paypal. These payment providers will protect the rights of both of the parties, seller, and buyers. If there are unresolved problems between us and customers, the payment provider will help to resolve the problems by investigating the evidence provided by us and customers. Also, we put 10~20% of our sales as reserve funds in Shopify, so we always have funds there if we need to refund the customers.
And more importantly, we registered in the United States, so shopify and paypal have our SSN and tax number. We pay tax in US every year. (We started our US site on 2020)
I am not sure what do you mean by legitimate questions about the order. We have FAQs page and the about us page to answer legitimate questions about Everythingcuteclub. We started our US branch in 2020, and we grew much quicker than we expected. To be honest, there are lots of room for us to improve. Thanks for shopping with us. We hope we can be better and cuter soon.
