Really glad I've spent money with a guy growing his own business rather than a big sports brand. Super quick turn around and I love my new racquet! This is the third racket I have bought from everything padel - this time I purchased it for a friend as a birthday gift. He will get the opportunity to try it later this month when I present it to him on his birthday so I cant comment on the racket just yet. But the other two rackets I have bought have been great and I have found EP an easy website to order from, next day delivery is great and very competitively priced. Amazing customer service, this is the embodiment of superior customer service and how to retain a customer. First order with Everything padel, order came sharp next day tracked 24 with royal mail. In my order was the racket i ordered, a custom Everything padel bag, Custom everything padel Over grip tape and a roll of over grip tape, a pack of haribos, order slip signed by ewan, and a note thanking me for my order with my name handwritten.
Little things but that is how you do customer service, anything padel related i will be buying from here, and so will all of my friends.
This doesn't even include the competitive prices they offer, it was the cheapest i found my racket, and the range of products they stock. Not one fault.
