Didn't receive my graduation order
Didn't receive my graduation order, despite paying extra for next-day delivery service or any notification from the company or courier that it had been lost in transit which was a very disappointing experience. They were quick to process a full refund when I called to find out why my order had not arrived.

Lovely company
I’ve dealt with this company on numerous occasions for mine and my relatives’ graduations, some of them last minute requests and they’ve always been very accommodating. They also made me a bespoke hood to remind me of my special day. Thank you 😊

Unfortunately, due to the low uptake of photos for the upcoming graduation, the University made the decision to remove our photography service and so we have been requested to refund all photography orders taken. Lancaster University MSc gown, hood, and mortar board
The website started that the gown and hood, being different from the standard one, would have to be made to order. This was going to take a month. :( However, as it turned out, the parcel was delivered to my daughter less than a week later! She reports that the gown and the mortar board both fit perfectly, and the outfit is exactly right in terms of the colours, the length of the hood, etc. I haven't seen it myself yet, but she looks amazing in the photos.

More than happy
The website is clear, the dispatch was quick and arrival of the item was scheduled within 48 hours. The only negative part was that Royal Mail re-routed the item, when it was at the dispatch centre near home. I don't know why, but I guess that's on Royal Mail not on Evess. Luckily I don't need the item until October. Very happy with my mortarboard hat. Fits very well!
