Extremely Disappointed Customer with NO Product Received
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Evident Wellness, primarily because of the complete lack of customer service and communication.
When I placed my order, an old shipping address was accidentally prefilled through the payment system I was already logged into. I noticed the mistake immediately after purchasing and emailed Evident Wellness right away. I received confirmation that my shipping address had been changed, and at that point the order had not yet been fulfilled, so I believed the issue had been resolved.
A week later, I received a delivery notification, only to discover through the tracking information that the package had, in fact, been shipped to the wrong address.
What has been even more frustrating is what happened afterward. It has now been approximately three weeks since I originally placed the order, and over the past two weeks I have sent SIX separate emails to both their “hello” and “help” email addresses trying to get this resolved. I have not received a single response from a live person. The only communication I’ve received has been automated AI responses saying that my message has been forwarded to their team.
For a company selling wellness products directly to consumers, this level of customer service is incredibly discouraging. Mistakes can happen, and I completely understand that. What I don’t understand is confirming that my shipping address was corrected, still sending the package to the wrong address, and then failing to respond to repeated attempts to resolve the issue.
To make matters worse, there doesn’t appear to be a customer service phone number where you can actually speak with a live person. When email is the only available method of support, customers should not have to wait weeks and send six different messages just to receive a human response.
At this point, I’m not only disappointed that I never received my order...I’m far more disappointed by the lack of accountability and basic customer support. I would strongly caution others about ordering until Evident Wellness improves its ability to provide actual, responsive customer service.
