Not worth the time, cost or headache
Had to replace ring 3 times (seeing this as a theme among customers) and I guess should count myself lucky I was able to connect to any type of customer service. The interface on the app is basic and ugly, the ring would say I walked 10000 steps when I was sleeping, and it glows incessantly and incorrectly tracks workout. After the third one I gave up and purchased an oura ring. Oura is the best wearable out there. Disappointing as the Evie ring is pretty and female owned company but it’s too frustrating and they are not good about updating or keeping customer informed about updates, returns etc. too bad.
