I was welcomed by Sharon Billan who was very courteous and helpful.
I was so impressed with my eye examination carried out by Hass the optician/optometrist.
He was so professional and thorough, explaining everything as he went along.
The high tech modern equipment used is amazing.
Hass took his time not rushing and listened to my concerns.
He was able to diagnose the problem with my eyes.
I returned home feeling reassured and happy with my experience at Evington Eye Care
Hass is a credit to the optician profession and I wish him every success for the future.
Not forgetting Sharon who is so polite helping me select a pair of suitable glasses.
Anyone who needs to have their eyes tested I would sincerely recommend them to vist Evington Eye Care, you won't be disappointed.

This visit was post lazer treatment arranged by this practice. The result has been amazing, my sight is better now than it has been for years. Excellent very professional staff. I would highly recommend this practice, I have trusted them for about 30 years.

I have wore glasses and contact lenses since i was 18 and have always used Specsavers and though an eye check, contact lens check and glasses check was a 30 minute silent appointment where no information about my prescription or eye health was shared. This was then followed by being sent down stairs to pick frames alone and having the most uncomfortably thick lenses put into my glasses . Apparently this is not the standard optician practice ! At Evington eyecare every member of staff there are amazing and highly professional in what they do but dont fail to lose their upbeat and positive personalities that give their service the extra touch . Unlike Specsavers the prices are slightly higher but the quality you recieve shows in the little extra you pay. The products, service and staff are more than worth the extra few pounds you spend and if you do only one thing for yourself and the health of your eyes i would steongly advise that you never use Specsavers again . Your eyesight and how you should be treated are not worth saving a few pounds over . 100% quality guarenteed.

My first-ever visit here was a few days ago. Riyaz checked my vision and eye health. He was extremely thorough and explained everything clearly. They have great equipment and I thought the service was excellent. I will certainly be going back for my next eye check in 2 years.

Sadly not a great experience with the front house. Think the opticians themselves are great so unfortunate that the first point of contact think they own the practice. I had to cancel due to the weather and the receptionist was extremely unprofessional offered me no alternative appointments and when I asked said she has no future appointments. I get a 48 hour cancellation process but you can’t determine circumstances beyond your control. She went on to be patronising about the fact that she can’t give me appointments for all 4 of my children on one day. I had not even asked this so thought this was rude.
Upon me getting a little irrate with her manner she then changed her tune to say there was an appointment available at the end of March. One persons poor customer service skills means we won’t be having our eyes tests there. I’ve had a call from the optician himself which was nice, he was defensive naturally but this place is not for us.

Been registered with this Optician for years after moving into the area. The staff are friendly and glad they have embraced I.T. and introduced an online booking system which saves on a phone call with the flexibility of doing this in my own time.

The only criticism is once again the cost and range of frames which need be looked into especially now there are online competitors, know online does not allow for personal 1-2-1 service but everyone needs to value for money.

Overall - Good sound advice, and great service all round. Would recommend to all family and friends. Keep up the good work 👍🏼

I’ve been going to Evington Eyecare for a few years and everytime the service has been 5*. The staff are very friendly and the optician is exceptional as he explains everything clearly and in simple English. The only suggestion I have is the need to improve the range of the frames they sell
