Customer service was nice but service was not great at all
The hand piece gauge was not flush on the skin as per candela medical procedure and therefore did not see any results
I’ve worked in the Industry long enough to know
I was very hopeful going back to my OG clinic as my current one is closed for refurbs
But it was sad to see the quality of treatment service has declined

The quality of treatment and customer service has really gone down. I have been visiting the clinic for seven or eight years, and the service was a lot better before.

This is not only a recent experience; I have also observed the degradation in service over the past couple of years. I may change the clinic!

They communicated well, the room was bright and clean, the skin specialist was really helpful and made sure I was comfortable at all parts of the process. She was really pleasant and I look forward to coming back! My skin felt so soft and supple after my LED/Micro treatment with a treatment mask. My skin was initially a little red around the cheeks (like I'd been at the gym), but that died down within the hour to not even noticeable.

I have been there a couple of times now the staff there are amazing people
And they don’t waste your money if they think a treatment won’t work for you love love love there product too
