I would give a one hundred stars rating if I could. Evolve is one of my favorite places to be. The community at Evolve is unmatched. The staff at Evolve are nothing short of incredible and if you have the slightest incline to try a class, do it! The 6 weeks for $1 is a great way to start. Or you can be like me and join out of the blue and never look back! Evolve gives back to the community in more ways than I can count. Evolve recognizes that health and fitness are important through all stages. I am able to attend the same workout classes I was before while bringing my baby with me! I am grateful to have been part of this community for several years and will continue to be for many many more (they even have classes for adults aged 50+ !!)

I've been at Evolve since 2020, and somehow coming here has made me strongest I've ever been without it feeling like work. I love the place. The workouts are challenging and varied. The trainers are great and so knowledgeable - they're always happy to help you adapt each exercise for ability or injury. And the community is so welcoming and supportive. I've met amazing people, tried new things, and now I am that weird kind of person who hates to miss an early-morning bootcamp. If you're on the fence - give it a try. You've got nothing to lose and so much to gain.

I have always been intimidated by gyms and as a result quit repeatedly. Walking into Evolve changed all of that. It's truly a safe, encouraging, fun place to workout and feel good about yourself. I have now been going for 2 and a half years and still loving it!

I've been a member at Evolve for about 8 months now. I like the schedule offerings, the challenge of the class, the trainer's and the community!

As a big lady who is both experienced with these types of HIIT and strength classes, but still has a couple limitations I love that the trainers are able to both push you to do more, but never make you feel bad for modifying or listening to your body.

The classes are dynamic and never stale, and even the ones you hate, you love finishing and feel all the stronger for it.

Even better? The business is constantly innovating - both in their service delivery, as well as in how they can serve the community at large.

Friendly staff, perfect for beginners or seasoned people, lots of classes, schedules and locations to choose from.

I’ve been a member for about a year and a half, and my experience has been fantastic. The workouts are efficient and effective, making it easy to stay consistent even with a busy schedule. I love the flexibility of being able to book a variety of class times in advance, which helps me fit fitness into my life rather than the other way around.

What really sets this gym apart is the coaching team. The trainers are knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping members succeed. Every workout feels well-planned and challenging in the best way.
Beyond the fitness aspect, this gym has become an important part of my community. The welcoming atmosphere and positive culture make it a place I genuinely look forward to coming to. If you’re looking for a gym that combines great coaching, flexibility, and a strong sense of community, I highly recommend it.

I really can’t believe how impressed I am with Evolve Fitness. The strength training bootcamps have fantastic instructors that always push me to improve but not beyond what I am ready for. Matt sends out very informative emails that always have useful bits and the Fat Loss Challenge is an added bonus that helps me with my fat loss goals. It has been a great experience with Evolve so far.

I Absolutely love this gym! The workouts are challenging, motivating, and never boring. The coaches push you to be your best while making everyone feel welcome, no matter your fitness level. The atmosphere is supportive, the members are amazing, and every class leaves you feeling stronger than when you walked in.
