7 weeks on still haven't received product. No response to multiple emails to support@exanas chasing product. Apparently system says product had been delivered, however certainly not my location! I just cant engage with a human in that organisation, which seems to be located in Poland???

The support@exanas goes to this email avalka0044 on a gmail account which on reflection should be a bit of a red flag. If don't want to lose your money don't buy from Exanas

Unfortunately my sourdough bread got moldy within a few days. Expensive also and not sure I can use them again. Would like to return them or get a refund.

Took up their offer of buy one get one free and clicked the correct button but only one item arrived. Contacted company but no response. Their website posts glowing feedback but there is nowhere on their site that you can leave a review. Feel like I've been conned.

Update: my bread bags eventually arrived but no update during my queries from the company . The tracking was inaccurate. I have not tried them yet

I thought I was getting a two for one deal that was prominently advertised, but ended up getting only one bag. I emailed and was told another would be mailed out. Two months later, nothing. This company should be avoided. It is the second company that caught my attention through Facebook. I will never order this way again, as both companies have failed to deliver, literally.

Paid £60 for a selection of items - over a month later and not only have they not turned up, but absolutely zero response from Exanas. Trying to get money back from credit card company. Honestly, save yourself the hassle and just shop elsewhere.

Eventually order arrived. Ordered bread bags Two for the price of one. Received only one. Have emailed several times with absolutely zero response. The one bread bag I have received despite supposedly being amazing is complete rubbish. After a couple of days bread was mouldy. My sourdough never went mouldy in my cloth bag. I really cannot recommend this company. Product is extremely expensive for what it is plus expensive shipping costs on top. Don’t be fooled by their hype.

No communication besides tracking number which leads to a chinese courier I think. Anyway emailed and became concerned as had no response but order received today and it is from Europe and in good order. Has correct label etc. So happy outcome!

I ordered 2 cotton-beeswax bread bags on 5th June and received confirmation on 8th June that they had been shipped. Tracking still says "in transit" (from China). Since then I contacted Exanas 3 times to enquire about delivery, all of which were ignored. I have now said that I wish to cancel the order for a full refund. WAITING FOR THEM TO RESPOND! Beware, this site could be a scam.

I ordered bread bags which sounded excellent from the site’s description, and from the site’s user comments. I ordered them on May 23. They processed my $87 (for two sets), and shipped on May 26. They use TD Track for tracking and over the next ten days the shipment went through export clearance, exporting airport (doesn’t say where), importing airport, and customs clearance. It left Atlanta on June 11 and as of June 21 no more information is available. I have emailed the company to the addresses given for customer service, twice, with no response. So I suspect this is a scam, and the ‘tracking’ was false. I will update this if the goods actually arrive. AND their Web site says they have a 4.8 rating on Trustpilot!
Update on June 24: I emailed for the third time to Exanas, and today the TD Tracking app told me that it had been delivered ‘to a person’ on the 22nd at 3:42 pm. I have a camera, and there is no record of anyone approaching the house at that time. And no response to my email. So this is definitely a scam, but a carefully constructed one!
