The management of the admin organising our auction prize was very responsive and efficient. We changed our dates without a problem and the prize itself was first class. They assisted us quickly and replied to all our enquiries promptly.

I met the guys a few years ago at Royal Ascot and realised they were extremely professional. The whole event was very professionally conducted with payments made very easy and I would 100% recommend them if you were thinking of a charity doo. Both on the night and proceeding days afterwards I had many people asking me about the team.

The Formula one race experience is not just a motor race if you do it with this team at EXCEED GIVING.
On the day of the race our yacht was berthed in the Monaco Harbour Marina just metres from the track.
The food, entertainment and the atmosphere on board as well as the excitement everywhere around us was something I will never forget. I made new friends from all around the world and it was the best day ever,, thanks for everything Geoffrey,

I had the incredible opportunity to spend the weekend in Monaco for the Grand Prix, thanks to an auction win through the Exceed Giving platform. It was truly a once in a lifetime experience. From start to finish, everything was seamless — the communication on the lead up were clear and thorough, the hotel was fantastic, and watching the Grand Prix from a yacht was extraordinary. The Exceed Giving team was exceptionally helpful and attentive throughout the entire process. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again for future unforgettable experiences.

During a wonderful evening spent at a charity event in London, we had the opportunity to place a bid in the auction which was organised and run by Exceed Giving. I bid on the meet and greet with Andrea Bocelli at the 02 in May 2025. Once we arrived at the 02 we were greeted by a member of the Andrea Bocelli team and taken back stage to a private bar area and offered champagne and canapés. Guia, the PR representative then introduced us to Veronica (Mrs Bocelli) who was a delight to talk to. After a shortly while we were shown to Andrea’s dressing room where we shook hands with him and had a brief conversation and was introduced to his son Amos.
As if that wasn’t enough, his PR team invited us to a private pre-dinner and concert in Tuscany in July 2025. This is in aid of the Andrea Bocelli Foundation.
We were blown away with the experience and I can’t thank Josh at Exceed for making this happen. It has been and will be an experience money can’t buy.
I would highly recommend Exceed Giving for supplying top end experiences at any charity or other event.

The experience was a good combination with no hassle when booking

In May 2024 I took on arranging my first ever charity ball which we held end Nov 2024 - this was no small feat with 210 guests and it being my first rodeo.... I was v apprehensive about the silent auction side of things and how our guests would respond to us working with a third party etc. I left getting the silent auction in place to the 11th hour but thanks to Exceed we pulled together a fabulous platform. All things said and done, and i'm now 10 days on from the Ball, the silent auction was one of the highlights. Raising 6 times that which we had projected; with our guests loving the plethora of great deals on holidays/dining/other experiences that they could bid for. The team at Exceed Giving took on all the leg work and put my charity at the centre of it all. They were very much a 'hidden' but very helpful partner. Every step of the way they responded positively and super quickly to my questions and changes here and there. The Exceed team came on the night and they were a brilliant source of support and a resource to our charity and the silent auction thanks to Exceed was a rip roaring success. The team at Exceed were excellent with our trip to Italy. We bought a voucher for Wine Tasting in Tuscany at a charity auction and when we looked into getting to the North of Italy the flights were terrible so we asked the team if we could choose somewhere else. This was no problem at all and they came up with many solutions. We eventually decided on the South of Italy due to the flight availability and they found a lovely hotel on the coast.
We had a few problems on arrival but the team were on hand, even after hours, to sort our issues.
All ended brilliantly and we had a great time.
I would recommend the team at Exceed no problem at all.

Superb quality of food and service

This experience was well managed and met my expectations. The service received pre-trip experience was very effective.

This has been one of the best short trips we've done. The Capaldi hotel was brilliant, very relaxing, great food, we were extremely well looked after and the facilities (spa, pools, airport transfers etc) were top class. The trip to the mountains with a local guide just topped it off, Mouad and Green Atlas Travel were fantastic, knowledgeable, friendly and seemed to know absolutely everyone we passed on a 5 hour trek so we got to chat to a lot of locals. Great fun!

We absolutely love working with Kam and the team and they always go above and beyond to make sure our events run smoothly and we fundraise for the charity as much as possible! We would highly recommend them, they are always a pleasure to work with.
