Friendly, professional and efficient. This was my first time using Excelsior cars to take me from Heathrow to Great Barr, Birmingham. Billy was my driver. My flight arrived 40 minutes early at 4.30am but Billy was on the ball and was waiting for me as I cleared customs. The journey home was relaxed, comfortable and stress free. I will definitely use again

We booked an Executive car for pickup from Birmingham airport. Communication on arrival was efficient and we were met by our polite and friendly driver, Billy. The car was immaculate, and the ride was smooth and comfortable. This was a very welcome experience following an exhausting 28hr trip from Australia!
Having had a bad previous experience with another well-known taxi service, Excelsior Cars will now be our first choice for airport transfers in future.

First time we have used Excelsior cars from Birmingham airport to Worcester. Hasan was our driver and gave us a relaxed and smooth drive home.

Professional, courteous and efficient. This was our first time using Excelsior Cars to take us from Oldbury to Heathrow and both Kamran and Abdul took the stress away from us with their excellent care. The weather was awful on both drives to and from the airport but it didn't seem to worry them and we felt extremely safe with their expert driving. 100% would use again! A gem of a service.

Great service, couldn't recommend enough.
I mistakenly put the wrong date on one of our bookings and didn't realise until the night before when the driver contacted us! The team let me change the date to the correct day last minute and free of charge.
Made the journey to and from the airport stress free and seamless. Will 100% use again.

I’ve used Excelsior Cars a few times now for airport drop offs / pickups and always receive top service.

They really helped us out on our most recent booking as we were delayed in resort and missed our flight. Excelsior rearranged our UK pickup to the new time and our driver Kamran (excellent) kept in touch the whole time.

Great service. Had to take a family of 8 + suitcases and pushchair, with 2 stops. Arrived on time, did a 'magical' job of stacking suitcases and picked us up as friendly as ever when we returned to B'ham Airport. Will defo use again.

This was our first trip with Excelsior Cars. Excellent service throughout the experience. Both drivers were punctual and very friendly. Our trip back with Kamran was very entertaining which kept us all amused after a long overnight flight!! We will definitely be booking with Excelsior again.

When our overnight longhaul flight landed 2 hours early they went above and beyond to get us home before our scheduled pickup saving us a horrible tired wait! Kam our driver was an absolute star couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant and kept us entertained all the way home. Highly recommend this company would give more than 5 stars if I could and would definately be using again

Recently used Excelsior Cars for a return trip to Heathrow Airport. Second time of using this company and once again received excellent service. The cars were clean, comfortable and well maintained.
Both drivers Kamar and Billy were extremely helpful, friendly and professional making the journeys relaxed and stress free.Timekeeping was excellent on both occasions arriving when expected.
Communication throughout both the booking process and from the drivers was excellent. I received timely confirmation and updates and any queries I had were answered promptly.
Overall a smooth and stress free experience.I can highly recommend Excelsior Cars to anyone needing a reliable and courteous taxi service.

Excellent service provided useful information when booking responded quickly to emails. Good communication on day of travel arrived promptly friendly helpful driver. On the day of our return our flight was delayed but Excelsior keep track of flights so it wasn’t an issue. Again good communication with friendly helpful driver despite the late hour of our arrival. Definitely recommend Excelsior for airport transfers and will definitely use them again.
