Sold my car through this website and got the best price I could find online.

the collection was straight forward and it seems they no longer charge a deposit to come to you which was good.

The buyer was fair with the inspection, not overly picky like other companies I tried before. 10/10 service

Scam website. Paid £50 for car collection. No-one came. Called and emailed them to book a new date or for a refund, no-one picks up the phone or emails back. Been nearly a week now. Please reply to me. Hassan gaffar. bP69uou is the car reg.

Disgusting company. Take money from your card then cancel the appointment due to “not being able to collect for 6 weeks” but nothing mentioned before taking the appointment fee or 3 days after. You would think when you confirm appointments you take money for, it’s because you know they are dates available. This company does not answer the phone at all. Just another gimmick company. Pathetic customer service.

Transferred my old motor vehicle today to exchangemycar.co.uk. The whole process from initial contact to payment and vehicle collection was conducted in a very professional manner. Whilst I could have achieved a better price if I had sold privately I did not want to go through the hassle of a private sale. The final price fell at the bottom end of my "acceptable range" but the reasons for the various deductions from the initial offer were clearly explained. Overall I am reasonably satisfied.

My cousin told me about this company and I decided to give it a go. Got a higher offer than webuyanycar and a couple of others. No issues at all everything went as they described and got the money on my account straight away. Might come back to buy a car next

I booked an appointment with this company and had to pay a £50 deposit, the company failed to come out on the appointed day and failed to contact myself to let me know, I have been asking for a refund of my£50 deposit to be told time and time again that they will sort it, disgraceful behaviour I would highly recommend using a different company.
