My car broke down head gaskets this company denied fixing it because they didn’t cover the parts they talk a good game while convincing you that it’s better to have them then having problems with the motor so they suck the money out of you and deny fixing it they have a very poor rating from me don’t get any policy from them waste of money

Customer service service agent was great. I talked to agent Zack Newman. I told Zack what had happen to me and he apologized for that. I was given false information just so I would change my service and I found out that that agent had lied to me, so Zack helped out. He didn’t try to make me changed my mind.
My policy was canceled and my deposit that I made was refunded. Thank you Zack.
