I appreciated Jeff's promptness in responding. Unfortunately, his pricing was unclear and implied the price was a total for two persons. Only later did he clarify that it was per person. Mistakes can be made, but professionals making such simple ones result in a loss of trust that doesn't sit well when planning travel in a foreign country where we're totally dependent on the travel agency's clear communication.

Our trip was curated to our specifications. Love the attention to the detail from arranging hikes, archaeological destinations, and cultural events. Loved exploring the diverse landscape and the winding, narrow medinas. Love the dining recommendations…searching for margaritas in Morocco was successful. Loved all our guides and driver. Our comfort was their key concern.

The process of researching and planning our Morocco trip was quite seamless. We were able to adjust pretty late in the process with no issues.

Most importantly, I became ill during the first few days and ended up needing hospitalization and extra care and missed most of the trip. My travel companion was able to carry on and enjoy the rest of our adventure. The Experience It team in Fez went out of their way to ensure I received top notch medical care in Fez and was comfortable after the hospital discharge. I don’t recommend getting so sick on holiday, bcs well, it’s your holiday! But, I could not have been in better hands than I was when I needed it, both Jill and Sarah from the Fez office were perfect “caretakers”!

The 2-week trip to Morocco a friend and I did with Experience It Tours may well be the most interesting, most enjoyable, most culturally diverse and best organized tour I have ever taken. To start with, it was a real privilege as well as a pleasure to have Zak our dedicated driver, escorting us from city to city and site to site. As we crossed the country, he really enhanced our understanding of Morocco’s rich culture and history. The itinerary prepared for us allowed us to cover a great deal of the country but always at a manageable place. At each of the sites we visited we had excellent local guides to take us on walking tours. To add to the pleasure at the end of the day, the riads we stayed at were magnificent. In short, I cannot imagine a better way to discover Morocco. It was magical!

Our guide and driver, Kamal, was the major factor that made our trip such a success. He gave us so much information about the country and no question was too sensitive to ask. I learned so much about Morocco, but also about Islam. Morocco has such variety - in its cities, its landscapes, and what it produces, Highlights included city tours of Marrakech, Fes and Chefchouen. I am recommending Morocco and Experience It Tours to my friends. The company did a great job of helping to prepare us for the trip.

We had a fantastic experience doing this trip. It was the best decision to choose Experience it Tours to see Morocco. Our driver Rashid was great, nice guy, knowledgeable, and make the trip the finest through all his attention to detail and fulfilling all our expectations. All the Riads (accommodations) were top notch and the food, service and visits were carefully selected and allow us to have a wonderful experience. There was not a single thing that had been overlooked or not given attention to. We felt safe at all times and all the visits and experiences made this trip a very memorable one on the positive way. What we did was well planned. We experienced some lovely people and places.

Any smal critism would be that time in cassablanca was wasted but undetstand why we go thete.

A day in Rabad and another on tje southern coast would have been better value than 3 daya in marachesh and two in Sahara just go ther one night and stay in Sahara one and leave

EIT is rated 5 stars for a reason. We took the custom two week trip. The pre trip communication was excellent. The car (big Mercedes van) and driver (Karim) were first class, and our itinerary got a “Wow!” from a former US ambassador to Morocco! In short, if you’re reading reviews to decide which company to use, stop looking and sign up!

Our trip to Morocco was exceptional from beginning to end, but what happened afterward truly demonstrated the level of service and care this team provides.
While traveling back to Marrakech, I realized I had left a sentimental jean jacket behind at our luxury camp in the Sahara Desert. We were already on our way to the airport and assumed it was gone forever. Instead, our driver, Tarrick, immediately went into action. He coordinated with the camp, located the jacket, and arranged for it to be returned to the Experience It Tours office in Casablanca.
The story doesn't end there. Because international shipping costs were so high, Jill personally brought the jacket back to the United States while attending a wedding and then mailed it to me. What could have been a lost item became a remarkable example of kindness, commitment, and customer care.
What made their efforts even more meaningful is that this jacket was truly irreplaceable. I had purchased it with my mother shortly before she became ill and later passed away. While it may have looked like just a jacket, to me it represented a treasured memory and a connection to someone I loved deeply.
Throughout our journey, Tarrick was knowledgeable, professional, and attentive, but his efforts to recover my jacket went far beyond what anyone would reasonably expect. Jill's willingness to personally help ensure its return was equally extraordinary.
Travel experiences are defined by people, and both Jill and Tarrick exemplify the very best of hospitality. Their thoughtfulness, compassion, and dedication transformed an already wonderful trip into an unforgettable one. I cannot thank them enough for helping reunite me with something that holds such deep personal significance.

We had a terrific experience on our 12-day excursion to Morocco with Experience IT Tours. The individuals we worked with at the company were all professional, informative, and terrific. Here are some highlights of a late April / early May 2026 journey.
• We must begin with our driver Achraf. From the moment he met us at the Casablanca airport until he dropped us off 12 days later, he was everything we had hoped for and then some. Achraf is an excellent and safe driver, but he is so much more than that. He selected our local guides, all of whom were superb; he chose all of the restaurants that were not pre-arranged at the riads and the Casablanca hotel, including some lunches, and we dined at some of the best restaurants in each city; he was extremely knowledgeable about his country, its customs and its people; and he was solicitous, supportive, and generous.
• On our way to our first three-night stay - in Fes - we stopped at Rabat, which is superb. It's a beautiful and clean city, and we visited lovely gardens and then a restaurant on the river for lunch – one of the best meals we had.
• Our Fes riad, accessed through a small alley, is beautiful with an accommodating staff and excellent food.
• Our local guide was superb and led us through the souk, which we would have struggled to do on our own.
• The riad in Marrakech was fine but our least favorite, since it requires traversing the entire main square of Jemaa el-Fnaa (which is in a constant state of organized chaos) then down a street and a small alley. The room was sufficient but lacked the charm of the Fes riad. The local guide was, again, superb, and took the time to include a visit to one of the few surviving synagogues as well as the Jewish quarter. One phenomenal highlight: Jardin Majorelle, the gardens of Yves Saint Laurent and his partner Pierre Bergé. The other: we booked spa treatments at the riad's hammam.
• Our last destination was Essaouira, in the medina by the ocean. Our room looked out, and the window opened up, on the ocean, which was really wonderful. This guide may have been the best we had - smart, solicitous, well-informed and with a sense of humor. Highlights included the walls of the city and the fortifications; the fishing harbor; the synagogue and Jewish quarter; and two shops, one for woodworking and one for silver jewelry.
• We had a free day and travelled outside of the city to Anima (André Heller) Garden, a magical place of flora and sculpture.
• We started and finished with short stays in Casablanca, and on the road outside of Essaouira we stopped at Afous Argan, where local divorced and widowed women work as part of a cooperative to create argan oil products. The woman we worked with was terrific, and we're so glad Achraf included this on the way to and from Essaouira.
• Our final dinner was at Rick's Cafe. We were a bit skeptical, thinking it would be kitschy, but not only was the setting lovely, the meal was excellent and Achraf secured for us the best table in the restaurant (a former riad).
We wholeheartedly recommend Experience IT Tours to anyone interested in visiting Morocco.

Experience It Tours was very prompt, helpful, and offered great advice in planning our 12-day tour of Morocco. The tour guide and driver were excellent. A friendship was quickly formed! Everyone was so easy to work with, and the trip was well worth it.

We had an amazing time in Morocco. Experience it Tours put together our perfect itinerary. Best of all, they introduced us to Majid, our driver and guide who became our true friend. My friend and I have travelled extensively and recently have been in the mood for something a little wilder than our usual European adventures. When she mentioned Morocco, my feet got itchy and something stirred in me like the echo of a feeling I might have had when I was younger – much younger. The first thing you knew we were furiously texting one another exploring interesting options to consider for this trip . Although very young at heart, we are mature women – very mature – and decided to look for a private tour of this unique African country. Ok – I must confess…Being somewhat of sceptic, I needed to confirm that the rave reviews I had been reading regarding this company’s standing were for real. So, before committing to the contract, I actively search the NET for negative reviews and comments. I found absolutely nothing of substance. Now I know why. It was, quite frankly, a flawless trip. Not a glitch, not a late pickup, not one disappointment - just pure relaxed enjoyment, thanks to the seamless professionalism of a traveller-centered team.

The Team & Service: Magic at the Touch of a Button
From the moment we contacted Jeff Wilson (the owner of Experience It Tours), to inquire on the Moroccan tours, right up to our transfer to the airport on the last day of our adventure, the attention to our needs and wishes was constant. Having a private driver meant we could stop for photos, mint tea, or random market finds whenever we wanted. Our driver was safe, incredibly pleasant, and professional—honestly, he felt more like a trusted friend by the end of the trip.
One moment really stood out: we had been enjoying Morocco's traditional dishes for the first half of the trip (and they were delicious!), but we eventually mentioned that we were interested in enjoying a "meal of a different sort." Pouff! Our driver pulled out his magic phone and in no time we were booked in a French infusion restaurant where we enjoyed a creative meal ... with a few glasses of wine. It felt like having a personal genie.

10 Days of 'Wow' moments (An Itinerary Highlight)
The 10-day itinerary was marvelous, offering a perfect mix of cultural immersion, history, and adventure. The private guides provided in the major cities were stellar and knowledgeable. We saw so much of Morocco without ever feeling rushed and learned most interesting elements of its history, culture, accomplishments and ongoing challenges.

The "Coup de Coeur" (Canadian Edition)
Coming straight out of an "endless Canadian winter," we were desperate for warmth and scenery that didn't involve snow. We got it. While the cities were amazing, our absolute favorite part (the coup de coeur) was the luxury camp stay in the Sahara.
• The Dune Ride: Riding up the massive Sahara dunes to watch the sunset was breathtaking and worth every penny.
• The Camp: The luxury camp was magical—star-filled nights, incredible hospitality, and a quiet that you just don't get at home.
• A Musical Oasis: After dinner, we were treated to a memorable musical concert around the fire pit. It was soulful, atmospheric, and worlds away from a Canadian January.

I rarely write reviews, but I must join the chorus of praise for this team. If you want a perfectly tailored trip where you don’t have to worry about a single detail, these are the people to book with.

I recently returned from an amazing 8-day trip through Morocco, and one of the highlights of the entire experience was our driver, Mohamed. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel safe, welcomed, and completely taken care of.

Mohamed was always professional, punctual, and incredibly kind. The long drives were comfortable and enjoyable thanks to his excellent driving and friendly personality.

We traveled through beautiful cities, mountains, and desert landscapes, and Mohamed made every part of the journey smooth and stress-free. He was always patient, accommodating, and willing to help with anything we needed. The guides he chose for us in the various cities were excellent.

Best trip ever. We loved Morocco. We had a wonderful time on our 2 week tour. Jeff and Amy were very helpful and responsive in organizing everything. Jeff wanted our input when planning the trip and did a Great job. . Our driver and guide was excellent and went out of his way to ensure a great time. His Mercedes van was super comfortable. He always had plenty of cold water, had great suggestions, answered all our questions snd accommodated all our requests. The local guides were also excellent. The accommodation was excellent. From the hotel in Casablanca to all the riads, we could not have ask for better. All were 4 and 5 star properties. The food was delightful at all the riads. We enjoyed the Moroccan food and there was a good mixture of non-moroccan and Moroccan food. We would highly recommend Experience It Tours.

We had an amazing experience. Our driver, Zak, was a wonderful companion, and someone we would strongly recommend to others traveling to Morocco. He was extremely friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, and was able to answer all questions and provide the right level of support. We also loved all of the experiences Experience It Tours recommended for us. It was one of the best trips we've ever had. And for others who may be reluctant to travel during the Ramadan holiday: have no concern. The country is extremely welcoming to tourists and we felt extremely safe everywhere we went. This was my fourth trip with EITours, my first three being with university students. Having fallen for Morocco, I wanted to share it with my wife. We upgraded from the student experience and were more than pleased from driver to lodging to the many other details. Our driver, Oussama, not only drove professionally, but interpreted the culture, answered our nonstop questions, and escorted us everywhere. The only burp in our stunning accommodations was a free sandstorm when we arrived in the desert, delaying our camel jaunt until morning. Having traveled before with EITours, I had high expectations and they were met once again, from the beginning of communication to our farewell at the end.

Best dream bucket list trip ever. The whole team from booking to on the ground were superb. Driss, our drive, became family and trusted him completely to be there to guide us through everything. Our guardian angel.

ALL the experiences in every location were National Geographic level and we took over 6000 pictures between 4 of us. Some of the historic and cultural tours started to become similar, but for history buffs it was a dream. More rest time or touring the markets on our own would have been nice, but so much to do and see that couldn't really stop to rest. The riads chosen were spectacular and truthfully we felt very special in all of them and felt very first class. Some locations were dreams and felt very romantic, and why we wished we could have stayed longer to just enjoy poolside at the riads etc.

I have told so many of my friends about this experience. Do it!!
