hydrogen water has worked a treat for me!

Within days of starting to drink 400-800ml of Hydrogen water each morning, the significant fatigue and aches I've had for so long in my legs ...especially my quads and thighs... Has literally disappeared! Very thankful! Such an easy thing to add to my daily routine for such amazing benefits!

One problem after another, ending up with nothing 😕

I’m REALLY disappointed with this company, from the perspective of the products AND the customer service (or lack thereof).

I ordered two bottles, one for me and one for my girlfriend. Before a month had passed, both bottles were malfunctioning, despite following all the care instructions. One wouldn’t charge, the other wouldn’t hydrogenate the water. Customer service decided to replace the ‘engines’ on both bottles. Response time was slow, and delivery of replacement parts was also slow. And the original delivery took weeks and weeks.

Less than six months later, BOTH bottles were leaking, top and bottom. The first leak happened in a bag carrying a laptop, phone, leather bound journal. NOT HAPPY. When i complained I got the same rep that had handled the first issue. He flat out refused to honour the replacement or refund request because it was outside of the their 90 day warranty period, despite the fact that half of that time was spent with two bottles that didn’t work, waiting for replacement parts!!

It’s actually in breach of consumer law, but I’m a disabled pensioner and I just don’t have the energy to take them to the tribunal.

Use another company. You’re rolling the dice with Exposure Lab.

Firstly, we’re truly sorry for the frustration caused by the issues with your Hydrolab bottles. That’s not the experience we aim to provide, and we understand how disheartening it must have been to go through multiple faults, especially when you were trying to enjoy and share the benefits of hydrogen water.

Our records show that our customer support team did issue a one-time replacement for the components, in line with our policy of one replacement per order. While we aim to turn these around quickly, we completely understand your concern regarding delivery and response times, we know how important fast resolution is, and we’re working to improve this across the board.

Regarding the leaks that occurred later down the track, we truly regret the inconvenience and damage that caused. As per our policy, our Hydrolab products come with a 90-day warranty for manufacturer faults. After this period, we’re unfortunately unable to offer additional replacements or refunds. We understand that this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, and we’re genuinely sorry for any stress this has caused.

Your feedback has been passed on to our team so we can continue to improve. We absolutely respect your voice and hope that, in the future, we may have an opportunity to restore your trust in us.

Bottle works well & great value!

H2 bottle works very well and is a sturdy and long lasting item.
Battery lasts a good amount of time even with very regular use.

I Love my Hydrogen Water Bottle

The information, the presentation, the video about this product ticked all the boxes. An informative website and when I did make contact via email I received a good friendly clear answers to my questions. Finally my Hydrogen Water bottle arrived soon after I ordered it. It was packed well to avoid damage and came with clear instruction. I have been using it now for a couple of months. I really am sure it has helped with the inflammation and fatigue I experience and I now have more of an overall sense of wellbeing. I ordered a second bottle and would definitely recommend.

No product received

Have ordered product in March - claims to be Australian but tracking advise is in Chinese,- nothing for weeks on end received email after I complained via email only to be still waiting again nothing!

Horrible products

Horrible products, bottle leaks and is a safety hazard. Bottle exploded due to pressure build up and hit me in the face and exposure labs doesn't want to do anything about it, have contacted them multiple times for a replacement bottle and they sent out a base. Awful company Do not use around children, steer clear of exposure labs 😕

Received bottle

Received bottle, went to fill it up and it leaked all over the counter from the bottom compartment. Have sent several messages to the company and no reply. No call back. Want my money back

Exposure Lab is the worst company I…

Exposure Lab is the worst company I have ever dealt with.Poor product quality control the worst customer service .I have had nothing but problems with their hydrogen bottle the base is glued on so it cant be replaced with the new one I purchased.After protracted emails with customer service they informed they would replace glass component of bottle free of charge and would give me tracking number which I did not receive,contacted them again and they changed their stance and said I would now have to purchase replacement bottle my self,not in this reality.I am discusted with their customer service resolution.Even if they were to send me entire new unit for free I would bin it.I am still after a Hydrogen bottle but it won't be from this company ,stay clear of this company and purchase elsewhere,don't lose your dollars as I did......
Interesting reply , would you care to peruse the chain of emails (and reply again) where you stated you would replace glass bottle for free by contacting your warehouse,before I cut/paste and post the email to reveal the true facts.I understand how frustrating it can be when you have dissatisfied customers who hold you to account.

Wonderful hydrogen water.

This is a well constructed vessel. Easy to assemble and disassemble for cleaning. The battery life is excellent and the unit charges quickly from flat.
I have been using my water bottle for about 3 weeks.
I absolutely love this hydrogen water bottle. I’ve gone from being a glass of water a day person to drinking between 2 to 3 litres of water daily.
I find it makes my water “lighter” thus making it easier to drink. I don’t have any flat spots during the day. I feel energised and healthy. I am actively promoting this product to my friends and family.
Love love love this product.

Faulty products, zero customer service

Bought a water bottle from them. It rusted and leaked from the bottom on day two. Sent them photos and even a video. They still have not refunded and pretend they didn't know anything.

I purchased 3 hydrogen water bottles…

I purchased 3 hydrogen water bottles and on arrival noticed 1 had a tiny chip in it, I contacted exposurelab and they responded within a few hours and send out a new glass body for replacement.. great customer service, would definitely recommend

NON EXISTANT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Purchased a total of three of the hydrogen water bottles. One is leaking badly from the bottom. Have sent two emails and left three requests on Facebook comments where their ads are. NO RESPONSE whatsoever. Worst customer service ever! Don’t expect any assistance from them if something goes wrong
I’m now lodging a complains with Fair Trading and PayPal

UPDATE: Trust Pilot contacted me to advise that Exposure Lab thought my review may be defamatory!
Relaying my experience with them is NOT defamatory. It is also important to note that at no time have they responded properly to my email I sent to them, nor about the video I sent CLEARLY SHOWING THE ITEM LEAKING, and no response to my online comments asking about warranty (through Facebook).
They acknowledged the email I sent them re wanting warranty on the defective bottle on 9th January, then I never heard back from them. (Extract of email here)

I never received my items

I never received my items, it's stuck somewhere at a courier. Exposure labs has asked me to track it down with australia post (who says they don't have it) and to get it send back to exposure labs - only then can I receive a refund.
They take over a week to respond to emails. If at all. now they're just ignoring them. Extremely bad customer service and unprofessional conduct.
The Australia post guy on the phone said that it's E.L.'s job to know which couriers they use and how to track down their parcels.
It all comes from China. The products aren't Australian. Take forever to arrive.

Great quality, would highly recommend

I love my drink bottle and am impressed with the quality (plus the water tastes great). My order took nearly a month to arrive, but the customer service was great, with really quick response times to my questions. I will definitely purchase from Exposure Lab again and would absolutely recommend the water bottle.
