Recommended & good issue resolution
Only 4 because the online purchase didn't work and I had to call to get the insurance done. In the meantime it charged me twice, BUT the staff was great and resolved it within a few days with refund and even calling me to let me know the refund was processed...

Took an insurance policy out decided 12…
Took an insurance policy out decided 12 hours later to cancel because old company had better cover for less.they charged me 35 pounds fee for 1 day insurance.
Can not understand the company on the phone they sound it’s a call centre abroad.
Did not even get a 14 day cooling off period stay away they are crooked.

Our policies do include a cooling-off period where we don't charge a cancellation fee, but the service charge is non refundable. This is confirmed before the policy is accepted, but I understand if this was missed.
