My questions were answered quickly. Product was excellent. All arrived on a timely basis.

My postcard required changes—and Express copy made them without consulting me. Some of the content was too small to read.

The mailers ink was blurred (printing error) when my copy came to my house and I’ve confirmed with clients/prospects that mailers sent out also had blurred/runny ink across the mailers. Have tried to contact you but no one has gotten back to me.

I've been working with expresscopy for a number of years and not only have they never disappointed me, they have always gone above and beyond with anything I have asked them to create for me. There is no better printed marketing company out there! Expresscopy is the only way to go!

Been using for 15 years. Seamless and perfect everytime. Just using a postcard template in google docs is all it took to manage my own mailings.

I have used your post cards editing/customization for years. They turn out great and I get compliments on them…but the software is awful to work with. Marianne in customer service has been wonderful and patient to help me out, try to find work-arounds, etc. She is a great asset to your company! But please get new software to make the custom design work more user friendly.
