Music Express had exactly the guitar I had been searching for for the last few months! The price was great, the information true and the transaction incredibly easy! The guitar arrived, well packed in less than 36 hrs.. I can hardly believe I’m not actually dreaming. A far better deal than anything on any auction site or private sale I’ve found.

Item was accurately described, delivered next day after ordering and was well packed and protected. First time online purchase from Express Music but have previously bought two new Yamaha guitars and Fender amps from the showroom where their customer service was excellent.

I’ve bought 5 guitars from Express Music over the last 2 years and without exception they have been excellent. Whether brand new or pre-owned, they are beautifully presented, set up and immaculate even with age expected bumps and dings. Web descriptions are spot on. Phil, Tim and Harriet couldn’t have done more for me if I’d asked ! The showroom is like Aladdin’s Cave !! They’re definitely one of my default settings. Guitar players … if you know you know but if you don’t, go, see, you’ll not be disappointed.
