PLEASE DONT BOOK FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

I booked an Umrah package for myself and my family, including children 20 people in total paying approximately £30,000 in full.

From the beginning, I had concerns about booking with this company but was reassured because a family member knew the owner. Unfortunately, from day one of our trip to Saudi Arabia, the experience was extremely distressing.

The company promised five-star hotels, but the accommodation provided was closer to two-star quality and completely unacceptable for families with children. We were forced to leave and pay for alternative hotels ourselves.

After taking full payment, the owner blocked me and all my family members and refused any communication. We were left stranded in a foreign country with no support.

This trip was meant to be a spiritual and positive experience for my children. Instead, they were left crying and traumatised. As a father, no father want to see he’s little girls crying and be so scared, this is something I will never forget.

I am not writing this about the money. I am writing this because no family should ever go through what we experienced.

I STRONGLY ADVISE FAMILIES NOT TO BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.

I am still requesting a face-to-face meeting with the owner to resolve this matter properly and a full apologies.

Absolutely amazing service from Exquisite Escapes – Shez! Shez organised our honeymoon trip to Dubai and Thailand, and everything went perfectly from start to finish. He helped us plan each day so smoothly, making sure the itinerary suited exactly what we wanted, and was always available to help both during and even after the booking process.

We booked with Exquisite Escapes for our honeymoon to Mauritius. Cannot recommend anyone better. Shez was so polite and understanding of our budget and what we wanted. He gave us options and we ended up in Shangri-La in Mauritius. The best hotel we have ever been to! Just so beautiful and thanks to shez everything was so smooth. The flights, transfers and the hotel! Shez kept checking in on us to ensure everything was okay.

Used exquisite escapes for my honeymoon to the Maldives.

First when contacting them the service was very good. Asking me what my budget is and then gave me a list of places close to my budget to choose from.

They found me places that were much cheaper then what I could find myself on line and by booking through them allowed me to have less stress of having to sort transfers out etc.

Even a few months down the line I got contacted if I wanted to change my flight to an earlier one with a different provider which was nice to have the choice with no extra cost needed.

I felt reassured while travelling not worrying and also very happy with the hotel/resort that was found and recommended to me.

Booking for a honeymoon I definitely recommend, as it can already be stressful having to sort other things out with wedding planning etc and this is one less thing having to worry about.

Would definitely use again if travelling to the locations they provide

I’ve never met anyone who’s managed to book a honeymoney a day before travel!. Having known Shez for 8 years I wouldn’t go else where else. Shez’s knowedge and travel experience echos through his business. He is always available at the end of the phone to answer any questions or queries. The honeymoon was nothing but luxurious!, special touches were added without prompt for my baby brother with balloons and a congratulations cake. His attention to detail is thorough!. I could not thank him enough for making his honey moon so special!. Thank you Shez!, can’t wait to book my next escape.

Mykonos- I am so grateful for the amazing hotel recommendation from Exquisite Escapes. This hotel exceeded all expectations. I will always continue to book through them as I’m always assured they will ensure everything is perfect from start to finish.

I have booked many trips with exquisite escapes and again without fail the trip was planned perfectly. We did not need to do a single thing, everything was organised well. Shez checked in with us a day before as well as whilst we were in Bali. We had some issues with our room due to another guest, however, this was sorted straight away by Shez. Shez changed our room immediately and contacted the hotel on our behalf. Shez also arranged a taxi driver for us who stayed with us the entire trip. The driver planned our days whilst in UBUD which was extremely useful.

I cannot recommend booking exquisite escapes more! 10/10 service from start to end.

Shez did a thorough needs analysis of our requirements from day one and suggested fantastic luxury hotels. We had a great family holiday. Everything was so efficiently organised. Both the resorts were absolutely breathtakingly phenomenal! Samsara and Apurva Kempinski were beyond our expectations with private pools, attentive staff, delicious food in fact all the amenities were all fantastic. Samsara felt like a little paradise nestled in the heart of the Balinese jungle. It truly felt like a peaceful cocoon, offering us a sense of exclusivity and privilege during our stay. And the moment you step into Apurva Kempinski you are in awe of the jaw-dropping architecture which looks like something out of the movies. Both resorts went above and beyond and could not do enough to make our stay extra special. Honestly there is nothing that I could fault in either of these resorts!
It truly was an Exquisite Escape, exceptional service and care from Shehryar by ensuring we had reached our destination and how we were every step of the way, providing a high quality incredible experience. We will definitely be visiting Bali again. We left with our hearts full of gratitude, joy, and cherished memories. Thank you for making our stay an unforgettable one Shehryar ❤️

Really good break. Atlantis the Palm is just beautiful, in every way shape and form. I didn’t have to do anything, Shehryar did it all. I just turned up and lapped up the vacation. So glad we have found him, he is now my go-to Agent! It was immense / epic / just pure bliss!
