The work carried out was very good I am waiting for some defects to be fixed, which I have written to David about and am waiting a response. Definitely would recommend this company to others and can feel the results inside the house already.

It was an good experience working with David - he made things very easy and was very clear on the process of the works being carried out. The work itself was excellent, our client was much pleased with the outcome; as were we. Look forward to working with David and his team again!

Great finish, no problems noticed with coating. Dave was easy to deal with, customer focussed. I would have liked the option to extend the waste pipes myself to avoid the use of elbows to get through the insulation, because my basin, sink and bath are slow emptying and i regularly have to get the plunger out. I put extra insulation in loft after the job, and this winter have found the house takes a long time to get cold when the heatings off. Bathroom dries out quicker after a shower than it did before, unheated rooms are warmer. This job solved many problems with my house, but it wouldn't have been worth doing on the gas savings alone. I only give 5 stars for absolute perfection, this was still very good.

David and team have been exceptional. David was super knowledgeable on options and answered all my questions and concerns. The insulation and rendering job on my mum's property was high quality and even with harsh conditions was completed in time for winter. My mum loves the heat retention inside the house. Worth every penny.

We had our whole house rendered in May 2025. Initially I felt really comfortable with my choice we’ve been stung in the past and I’m nervous about choosing other builders. The work has been completed but not to the standard we were promised. Communication has been shocking the builders have just turned up with no warning. Jobs not completed as promised. Fixtures not put back in place properly. We have an old aerial on the side of the house instead of talking to us they just went around it. Rather than removing it. We are still waiting for the certificate guarantee and to pay the remaining balance. I was asked to complete this review in August where I said no and gave extra time to complete to be fair. I just feel very let down and disappointed that they’ve not delivered on what was promised.
The actual insulation and render is good.

Overall, we are very satisfied with the work, the final appearance of our properties, after completion service and support, and responsiveness to any ongoing queries. We would recommend the company and the general manager Mr Webb very highly.

Great job, very efficient work force

Did a very good job on a tricky rendering mock Tudor project, and overall finished on time.

First class job. David and his team transformed the house, nothing was too much. The team made sure the property was clean and that I was 100% satisfied before they left.

Really good job throughout. David Webb completed his survey and we talked through the complete process. All details provided in writing by post. We were notified when scaffolding would arrive and they were on time, conscientious and very polite. The actual work team arrived on time they also were very polite and efficient. A slight delay due to some horrendous weather but they worked the weekend to get back on schedule. Job completed, we are really pleased and thoroughly recommend Exterior Rendering Systems.

The back of our house was showing signs of deterioration which had cracks and damaged pointings in places. After work the finish looks fantastic. However few roof tiles got damaged which took time to finish.

Sometimes people work fast but attention to detail is poor. Sometimes the care is excellent but takes forever. Our team were fast but with excellent attention to detail.
