It was super easy to place an order, and the frames had a much better price through EyeSpecs than in the doctor's office. I have vision insurance, but opted not to use it due to it being a reimbursement type thing. I didn't quite understand if we were limited to just spending up to the exact dollar amount of what our benefit was, or if we could pay the difference OOP.

These frames were $369 at my optometrist's office. $89.95 here.

I wanted to use my credit card, but the system would not let me. I used the same card, but with PAYPAL.

Had questions, had asked for a call back. Was prompt with a call back. Easy to place order. Great price on contacts with no extra fees. Will use again.

you have the best prices and the process was easy!

The process was quick a d easy.

Easier than picking out shoes. Placed my brand and frame code popped up
Instantly and completed order. Saved hundreds of dollars and can’t wait to receive them. Will order from Eyespecs again

Super easy to reorder contacts and a fraction of the price from the eye doctor!

First time im making ordered frame here and Ahinoam was helping to process order, online transaction quick and simple. recommended this store.

Great experience, super fast check out

Good experience, gotta figure out what my insurance will pay.

I love this company, their prices and their selection!

It was easy to use and understand

Called the customer service and they were so helpful! They checked for me if they had the model they were looking for, they then gave me instructions how to place the order online (at my instruction as preferred method) and they guided me through. So overall great, now I just need to receive my glasses.

So far pretty good deal. I originally purchased exact same frames at Lens Crafters, but they stopped selling them.

Good experience found exactly what I was looking for
