I purchased my glasses date of 08.03.2026 and thier customer handlers she never told me we will not give you now you have to wait she done her process all take money everything after that she remind she has no stock of this item it will come from riyad and you have to wait and give me a date 11.03.2026 but now delay already 48 hrs more disgusting service i am saying cancel my order give me money back no approved it Bad service

أسوأ تجربة شراء مرّت علي.
نفذوا النظارة الطبية بمقاس عدسات خاطئ رغم وضوح الروشتة، واضطريت أرجّعها بسبب خطأ منهم. من يومها مرّ أكثر من 15 يوم والمبلغ لم يُسترجع.

كل تواصل مع خدمة العملاء ينتهي بنفس الجملة الجاهزة: “انتظري من 5 إلى 7 أيام أخرى” بدون أي التزام أو إجراء فعلي. واضح أن الموضوع مجرد تسويف ومماطلة.

احتجاز أموال العميل بهذا الشكل غير مقبول إطلاقًا. تجربة غير احترافية وخدمة سيئة جدًا. لن أتعامل معهم مرة أخرى

My experience with Eyewa was extremely disappointing.
An order amount was deducted immediately, then delayed for nearly 20 days with constant promises that “it will ship tomorrow.” The order was eventually cancelled without proper explanation.
After insisting strongly, I finally received a refund and a wallet credit. I decided to try again, but the same issues happened: my second order disappeared from the app, the amount deducted from my bank was not acknowledged, and customer service kept promising to “fix it soon” and then completely stopped responding.
Very unprofessional, unreliable, and frustrating. I honestly cannot recommend Eyewa to anyone.

installed fake lenses. refused to change. lost a 1,000 AED. This is from Mega mall in Sharja.

The team is professional. Premium quality eyeglasses at good prices. The service is excellent.

Can unfortunately not give less than 1 Star.
By default Eyewa are adding their Eyewa Pro 1 year subscription on checkout, and if you are not actively deleting the default added subscription Eyewa will happily rip off 199 dhs from your online purchase, non refundable as well.
Due to this I just deleted my account and will never again become customer with Eyewa.
Shame on you Eyewa.

Visited their Riyadh Gallery store. I was told twice over the telephone (and even in-store on arrival) that they accepted Tawuniya insurance. After having the eye test, I was told they didn't. A waste of time.

WORST EXPERIENCE WITH COSTUMER SERVICE AND ONLINE APP , i would not recommend for anyone to order from eyewa application , because you never know if you will ever get what you order as for me i ordered a frame with glasses for my vision and eye lenses , the both items was supposed to be delivered separate , the eye lenses was not delivered for 2 days until now i didnt receive them and the glasses as i contacted costumer service on the day my glasses supposed to be deliver they told me that the frame i ordered is not available and nobody contact me to tell me this its just insane because me im just waiting for my order for 3 days without even knowing that frames are not available!! Worst ever experience with online shopping!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Eyewa. I placed an order expecting timely delivery, but I have faced multiple delays and conflicting messages from customer service. I was assured that my order would arrive on specific dates, only to find out later that it had been pushed back again.

To make matters worse, I received messages suggesting that my delivery address might be inaccurate, which is frustrating since I have ordered from Eyewa many times without any issues. The lack of consistent communication and the ongoing delays have caused significant inconvenience, especially with my upcoming travel plans.

I expected better service from a company I have trusted for years. I hope others consider this before placing an order with Eyewa.

Bad customer service and unprofessional
I order lenses b1g1 they send me only the free one and I didn’t receive the one I make the order for.
Customer service I told them about the issue they told they will check and come back to me soon after one week nothing happened I text them twice no response. Truly disappointing . Not recommended based on this bad experience 😤

Useless, shipping is very slow, customer service staff is unprofessional, credit is also useless, I prefer to depend on myself and not use this useless app, I am really angry

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. I placed an order for contact lenses two weeks ago and paid the full amount, expecting a timely delivery. However, not only have I not received my order, but I also was not even contacted to inform me that the lenses were unavailable.

It is unacceptable that I had to follow up myself rather than being notified proactively. This lack of communication and service is frustrating and unprofessional.

I recently had one of the most frustrating and expensive customer experiences in Saudi Arabia with Eyewa. Despite their claims of prioritizing customer satisfaction, my experience tells a different story.

I spent over SAR 2200 on lenses, only to discover that they were too heavy for the plastic frame made in China. When I returned to address the issue, I was told I needed to pay an additional SAR 500 for a replacement frame—one I wasn’t happy with. This lack of consideration for customer preferences and the added expense felt unfair and disappointing.

In addition, Eyewa does not support medical insurance, which I only found out after being misinformed by staff that I could file a claim. This miscommunication further added to my frustration.

Eyewa’s failure to provide clear, transparent, and supportive customer service left me deeply dissatisfied. I hope they improve their processes to meet customer expectations better in the future.
